The taxi came to a stop and Tang Mo'er pulled open the door. "Mr Gu, don't get off yet. I want to see you leave."
Gu Mohan cupped her small face and said tenderly, "Alright."
Standing outside, Tang Mo'er waved her hand. Gu Mohan glanced at the driver. "Start the car."
"Yes, Sir."
The driver stepped on the accelerator and the taxi sped away.
As the taxi drove further away, Gu Mohan peered through the rear view mirror and saw that she was still standing there, looking at him. Her delicate body gradually got further until she disappeared before his vision.
He clenched his fists and mustered all his might to not turn back.

Tang Mo'er waited till the taxi disappeared before her eyes before turning around to return to the White House. When she arrived at her room door, she pressed her thumb against the security pad.
