Immense hatred and painful resentment caused Qin Yawen's eyes to become red and watery. The reporters surrounded her and wouldn't stop their endless interrogation. Out in the open, they had exposed her deepest, darkest secrets and humiliated her, leaving her with nowhere to stand. In the face of all the judgment, she faltered, close to a mental breakdown. "No! I did not! It's all lies!"
After screaming until her voice was broken and hoarse, Qin Yawen left the reporters behind. As she charged outside the venue, her act of desperation in departing the scene in such a manner was causing chaos at the event location.
When Tang Mo'er looked at her father, she only noticed Tang Hai taking a quick glance towards Qin Yawen's retreating back, before steering his gaze towards her. "Mo'er, come here."
Tang Mo'er walked up to Tang Hai and asked in a puzzled manner, "Daddy, why are you here?"
