Tang Mo'er jumped off the high stool to get away from the men. Although she wasn't caught by anyone, her ankle gave way and she lost her balance. Her body shook and fell forward, she was microseconds away from falling on her face and her arms flailed out in panic.
"Ah!" Tang Mo'er screamed out in fear.
She didn't feel the pain as expected and instead, she fell into a warm and broad chest. A strong arm held her waist and she felt protected, leaning unconsciously into the person's arms.
She lifted her eyes to thank her saviour. Gu Mohan stood right in front of her.
It was him again.
Tang Mo'er was stunned, she raised the corner of her red lips and smiled at him. "That's another time."
Gu Mohan scanned the faces of the rich heir and the old man. He then smirked and said, "I thought that you were only dancing for me. It seems that I was wrong."
