Another month passed by, taking us closer to Karan's wedding. In this one month both Karan and Aryan joined their respective companies. Aryan completely took over the Ahluwalia Softwares, relieving his Grandpa of all responsibilities while Karan was getting used to the ropes of the business field under the guidance of Alok.
Neha decided she will work as an intern under Adarsh in Singh Real Estates. She completed her MBA and was eager to work under her father, her role model. Avantika was well... Avantika. She already had a PhD in English and was teaching high school students at Winter Leaf Academy which was one of the most promising schools in Country A.

"Varun, have you loaded all our luggages in the cars.", asked Smita, checking on last minute preparations.
"Yes, Maa everything is ready....... except for the bride.", saying this Varun laughed. Varsh scolded him for teasing Neha so much. "You know Neha was finishing up work before going on leave for her wedding last night."
Varsha moved next to Adarsh and sat on the handle of the sofa ,"And guess what Papa who was responsible for her being so late in finishing her work?"
"Who? As far as I know, even though Neha loves her sleep, she prioritises her work even more.", asked a confused Adarsh.
"Papa someone took someone on a da....mmmmmm", Varun covered Varsha's mouth and pulled her away.
"Nothing Papa, nothing. We'll go and check on Neha and Avi." , saying this Varun pulled Varsha along with him.
"Pheww.... Varsha...do you want me to die due to workload?? Don't you love your husband??", complained Varun pitifully. Varsha could even see his puppy ears flopping down. Varsha couldn't help herself and burst out laughing. Pulling his non-existent cheeks, Varsha went on her toes and kissed his cheeks. " Varun, you know I love you and you know that right. You can't be angry at me. And it was such a good opportunity to pull a prank on you and I didn't want to miss it.", Varsha pouted, giving her best puppy eye look.
Varsh sometimes thought what was the purpose of working out every morning when she could not even pull his cheeks but then she would remember him coming out of washroom with just a towel wrapped around his waist, his smoking hot body only for her oggling, no examination as Varsh loves to call it acts as a counter for this thought before she gets lost in Varun's eyes, as always.
Varun could not help it and chuckled. "I know, my queen, I know.", saying this they hugged each other, Varsha fitting in his arms perfectly like a missing puzzle piece, lost in their own world.
"ahmm...ahmm.", Varun and Varsha came out of their world listening to two squirrels, giggling and coughing to get their attention. Varsha felt shy and her whole face became red. She wanted to move out of his embrace but Varun was not willing to let her leave. He even hugged her even more tightly, leading Varsha to hide her face in his chest. All three siblings laughed seeing her reaction.
Varsha could feel Varun's chest rumbling as he laughed along with them. She couldn't help but smile, feeling the happiness around her.
"So, Bhabhi(sister-in-law) shall we go now. I can't help but miss Karan even more now. How can you both be so cute ??", saying this Neha seperated the couple. " Now I don't want to be late for my own wedding so let's go."
Saying this Neha and Varsha walked downstairs, with Avantika and Varun chatting, following them.
On the other hand....
"You knew that Varun and Varsha went out for dinner yesterday, right??",asked Smita.
"Yup, and I also know the dinner for them was planned by Neha and Avi and the work Neha was finishing was Varun's pending work." saying this, Adarsh chuckled. He gave a side hug to Smita," You know I am happy to see them together like this, having each other's back. I always want the kids to stick together, never feeling that they are alone, even when we won't be there."
"No no no..... Papa don't say things like this. You know I hate it when you talk like this.", Adarsh turned around to see Avantika walking towards him with a smile on her face. But her eyes told another story, all together. They both could see the fear in her eyes, fear of losing everything once again. Adarsh felt guilty, not for his words but for mentioning something like that in front of Avantika. He loves it when Avantika's smile starts from her lips and ends in her eyes, making her entire face glow but not the one they were seeing now, the one where she starts hiding what she feels inside.
Adarsh moved to Avantika and gave her a bear hug," I am sorry Avi.", he could feel the slight trembling of her body calming down. Their entire family knew how death was a very sensitive topic for her and hence avoided talking about such but sometimes they do slip and everytime they all make sure to assure her that they will always be there for her, never leaving her alone.
"OHOO....Hug time.", saying this Neha literally pounce on her father from back and Varun pulled rest of the ladies together into the hug, smothering Avantika with warmth and love. No one knows what Avantika means to them other than them themselves and Neha and Varun promised each other to never let a sad moment be there in Avantika's life and this was one such occasion.
"I..... can't ....breathe....", Avantika and Neha said at the same time. They all started laughing, releasing each other, creating own happy bubble around Avantika, their happy bubble.
Neha started running after Varun all around the house,
"I said Hug Time, not Kill Neha By Suffocating Her Time. Do you think I really don't know that you were intentionally crushing me in the name of hugs for what, your petty revenge?",Neha shouted when Varun pretended as if he knows nothing about whatever Neha was speaking
"Avantika was also there. You should take revenge from her as well. We both spoiled your moment there. Don't come just after me.", saying this Neha started using Varsha as sheild. When she saw no hope, she pushed Varsha to Varun before running to Adarsh, yup she was a certified Daddy's Girl.
"You traitor, how could you sell me out ?? Maa you have to protect me.", whined Avantika, peeping from Smita's back. She knew how petty Varun could be.
"Dont worry darling, I'll see how he does anything in my protection...Hmphh", said Smita, patting Avantika's head.
"Same here.", came Adarsh's reply, with Neha hanging on his back like a monkey.
"Woo...woo... Am I seriously a stolen kid? No one loves me in this house.", saying this, he hid his face in the crook of Varsha's neck.
"It's okay, I'll adjust with you. Don't worry.", Varsha consoled him while winking at her two sister-in-laws.
"What? adjust?",replied a flabbergasted Varun."The entire family v/s one single Varun this is so not fair.", making everyone burst out in laughter, even Varun himself could not help himself from laughing.
After this, all of them left for the Airport.
