Han Meixiu already lost count of the positions they did that night. The so-called 'punishment' seemed endless and the only thing she could do was to let an uncontrolled sound of pleasure that could actually ignite the desire of the man over and over again. She was too tired to even open her eyes.
Liu Zijian carried the probably half unconscious Han Meixiu to wash her up. He already called someone to change their bedding as it would not be good to sleep on them since love fluids obviously stained the sheets and it's a little damp now.
He had to admit he wasn't able to control himself fully this night. Maybe because he used so much self control earlier thus he let himself ran wild. He was like a general showing-off his strength in his own country.
He carefully bath her and by the time he went back to the bed, the bedding and the quilt were already replaced.
After carefully placing her on the bed and covering her with the quilt, he picked up the wine beside the bed.
He saw it was already half.
He then wondered, what if she's the one that's 'drunk'? How would she act? He smiled when a plan formed on his mind.
As for himself, there was indeed one time he totally lost himself because of alcohol. The moment he woke up he was already dressed in a woman's clothing with full make up.
He didn't really know what happened after he passed out. Of course he found out later on that making him drunk was the goal of both his older brother and mother.
He knew there's still a picture of him during that humiliating event somewhere in their family's house. He just didn't know where.
Since that incident, he vowed to himself to conquer the villain – alcohol and Liu Zilong. These two factors combined together would really give him a problem. Thus when his older brother brought drinks earlier he more or less assumed that he's planning something. He just didn't know what was it.
'Not bad.' He murmured as he realized what his brother wanted to do.
But he really didn't need his occasional 'helps' now. In all honesty, he would return all those 'favors' in due time. He wouldn't be Liu Zijian if he would not reciprocate his brother's 'assistance'. He should show his 'gratitude' when the time is right.
Speaking of his older brother, Liu Zilong was also not yet asleep as he has an unexpected visitor in his own room. He's puzzled as how did the intruder come inside. There were clearly guards around.
"You're already here. Don't expect you can leave after coming inside." He talked again since the intruder was still hiding though more or less he already had an estimated idea where that person could be.
After couple of minutes passed the intruder finally spoke.
"I meant no harm. I'm here to make a deal."
'A woman? A deal? In my room? As night?' Liu Zilong didn't know if he wanted to laugh or cry.
"You've got courage." He answered as he chuckled lightly. He had to admit, he liked the company of a woman especially at night but not when his family is just around. He lazily sat on the chair near the bed before he continued.
"Depends on what you can offer. Show yourself so I can assess you."
"I'm not offering myself as part of the deal!" The woman answered clearly trying to control her anger. If she didn't badly needed his help she would never slipped inside his room. But her team was running out of time and they have to get that one last thing. He's the only one who could help her obtain it as soon as possible.
"Oh?" Liu Zilong was surprised. So it wasn't what he was thinking. This woman wasn't here to climb on his bed. 'Interesting.'
"First 10 pages of White Peony book 2." She stated her bargaining item.
Upon hearing what the woman said, Liu Zilong became increasingly alert but he still didn't show any reaction on his face.
Since their family was currently establishing their connection in K Country, they needed a lot of past information. One of the hardest to get was the Book Series of White Peony specially the first three volumes. The amount of information they could get in each page were indeed extremely important to find out the backbone of the K Country's society. Since White Peony already closed down, it was harder to track the whereabouts of its' things as they found out most were burned and others were scattered anonymously by someone.
"Do you think I need it?" He asked.
The woman became speechless. Was she wrong? She found out recently that the Liu Family were looking for the early volumes of this book but why was this man acting as if he wasn't interested at all? If what she has weren't significant to this man, then she's just wasting her precious time!
Maybe she made a mistake. In the end, it's still better to rely on their own strength than to borrow someone's power.
"I see. Then, sorry for the disturbance." She finally said and started to walk towards the door.
"Hold on. I'm just curious, what do you want to exchange with what you have?"
"If the First Young Master of the Liu Family isn't interested in what I have then knowing what I need is unnecessary." The woman answered without looking at him.
'So she was dressed like this.' He actually didn't look directly at her direction when he found out where she was hiding. Looking at the woman who was slowly approaching the door, he could never pass this chance to get what she has. Normally, he could get it from her without giving in return but he's not really that heartless. Besides, weren't they friends?
"You're so serious. I'll take the deal." He casually said.
The woman inhaled and exhaled forcefully as she was trying to calm herself. She's indeed furious. He should have agreed earlier and saved both of their time!
But she couldn't show her temper as she badly needed his help. Thus she turned around.
"I hope the First Young Master could fulfill the end of the deal as soon as possible."
She normally wanted to reprimand him for wasting her time but she's in no position to get angry thus she just buried her curses deep within.
When Liu Zilong met the eyes of the woman he was taken a back. They were clearly burning with rage. He then thought that maybe he should tone down his playfulness a little.
"So what do you need?"
The woman didn't answer but instead wrote down something on the table using her hand. She didn't want to leave any trace behind. She didn't want to say it either. She could whisper it to him but she chose not to get too close to this annoying person.
Liu Zilong nodded. He normally wanted to ask why but he chose to shut his mouth as based from his own observation, she's on the edge of erupting.
Her request was not that hard to get. He even thought the bargain was somewhat unfair but then again everything's subjective. What's important for him might not be important for other people and vice versa.
After making a short phone call and in just a span of quarter of an hour, someone came in and gave the documents to the woman.
The woman then placed the rolled few sheets on the table. The outer parts were already crumpled but Liu Zilong guessed the contents weren't affected.
'These important pieces of paper were kept within her body. Didn't she know that she could be easily killed because of these?'
After placing the paper the woman stood up and was about to leave again when Liu Zilong's voice rang out softly around the room.
"Are you joining black.com?" Based from her request, there's only few organization who needed those documents and black.com was one of them. Recently, they received a news that the organization was 'screening' new blood.
Her steps halted but she didn't answer. Before she could continue her track he spoke again.
"Does your cousin know?"
"She doesn't need to know. Not even my deal with you." With those short answers, she left the room.
Liu Zilong stared at the closed door for a time seemingly puzzled of her actions. Although he's curious about the reasons, he knew it wasn't his business and he didn't want to pry on someone else's life especially if the other person was clearly giving him a warning to back off.
Instead of pondering more about the woman who just walked out, he turned his attention to the papers on the table.
How could she get this? Did she steal? Why it's not complete? Never mind, he didn't need to know. The important thing was, they have a copy now.
Even though these pages were only the one-third of the entire book it's already a big help for what they're doing.
Tomorrow he could discuss these to both his father and brother. Speaking of his brother, a playful smile emerged again on his face.
'I hope he enjoyed my simple trick.' He whispered as he walked towards the bathroom. He needed a warm bath to relax himself as his urge to sleep already slipped away earlier.
