Commencing on the 15th of April, a month after the Little Star learning machine's official market launch, Xing Hai Technologies' logistic department started to receive one thing after another.
Bright red banners! They were letters of appreciation either written or printed on paper! They were from all over the country. The titles were in general "By XXX parent" and "Parent of XXX." The content of the letters was more or less the same. The contents commonly written on the banners were:
"Best learning device"
"Thank you Little Star learning machine for getting my son to the top spot in class"
"Trustworthy company, trustworthy product"
"Very grateful! Hands down grateful!"
"My daughter got first place in her school, thank you Little Star learning machine"
The logistic department of Xing Hai Technologies was not receiving banners as such in units, they were receiving it in batches!
