To boil it down, Lucas's restaurant was going to be a Asian fusion restaurant using Korean ingredients. Since he loved experimenting with foods from all over the world, he wanted to give a twist to these dishes while having it appeal to the Korean consumers.
He'd been working on all of these for a long time, trying different ingredients and searching for the best places to buy what he needed. For Lucas, cooking was an art. He needed everything to be perfect. Once that was done, then that was when marketing and the actually building of his restaurant came in to play.
After the months, he was finally satisfied with everything he had.
He was absolutely confident in his recipes.
Yoona was really proud of him. Before, when it came to Bianchi, he had to use the recipes from the restaurant. But to see him finally using his true talents to create his craft made her feel as if he grown up a lot.
