"Lihua!" Yu Qiao panicked after seeing the tears in Mo Lihua's eyes. He wanted to reach out and hold her close but he is driving, and on the expressway at that! There is no way he can just stop and pull over!
"Baby girl, I am sorry... Please stop crying..." Yu Qiao appeased Mo Lihua non-stop but she ignored him by turning sideways on her seat.
He cannot help but look at her sideways from time to time, especially when he noticed that she is already having a hard time breathing, trying to keep everything in as she continued to wipe the tears that are running down her face.
Mo Lihua tried her best to just ignore him, despite her difficulty in breathing. She wanted to get out, to get away from him as soon as possible!
When he got the chance to pull over, Yu Qiao did so immediately. He then tried to grab Mo Lihua's shoulder to turn her so she can face him, but his hand was shrugged off rudely.
