The speck opened its eyes,
Not truly eyes, but merely what it used to view the world, as it had just been born.
It could see that what front it was endless darkness.
'No. This is no good.' It thought.
'I can't allow this.' The speck, in all of it's power and strength, twisted it's body.
Worming and screaming in agony, it changed itself into a form far more suitable for action.
A white being made of pure light. Two pitch-black holes acting as eyes. Milky white tears stuck to its face, the being bellowed in agony. Grabbing its face, it was left screaming in pain.
Looking forward at the abyss, it was surrounded by darkness. Despite the pain, it managed to reach out and grab onto entropy.
Ripping its body apart, the being pulled onto possibility. Pain, all it could see was pain. With only one tug, causality would pool, and pain would become even greater.
As its body broke dragging it out, like a fuse being lit, an release of power followed.
Cosmic expansion. Endless energy condensed into a point in reality, suddenly expanding.
For a quick instant, the speck forgot about all of its pain and the darkness. All it could think of was that something worthwhile had happened.
'I did it.'
Despite the incredible push of reality, they resisted being thrown back just to take a look. As if they were in stasis, its body was unaffected by the mass expansion, completely unchanging, deadly still, all the while their tears were blown away.
But it did not bother to resist any longer, as it was pushed away as all things were, sent flying through the endless cosmos.
Closing its eyes, it returned back to being a ball as it streaked through space.
———
Awaking from his slumber, White streaked past the stars.
Tall and muscular, he was extremely handsome. With shiny white hair and empty white pupils that would make someone anxious. Contrasting this, was the fact he constantly had a seemingly unhinged smile permanently etched on his face. Like he was deviously happy. But his charms were so great that it did nothing but make him seem more approachable.
Along with his incredibly well-built body, he had no clothing. He was very very naked.
Falling through the cosmos, he looked around at his surroundings.
Endless lights and planets sailed past him, and he couldn't be happier.
From an onlooker's perspective, all they'd see was a streak of light shooting across the skies.
For the past few… 'hours, days, weeks, months?', he had noticed he was flying incredibly fast.
Sitting crossed on nothing, he placed a hand on his chin, "Hmmm. What's going on?"
He had no clue why he was soaring through the universe at light speeds. In fact, he didn't even know who he really was.
"Amnesia? Hmm. Ahhhhhhh why am I flying in space!? Do I need oxygen? Aren't there supposed to be people around??? How do I know what amnesia is???"
He was a bit aggravated by his confusion.
"Macrocosmic information- wisdom? Perhaps as a result of previous action? Something to do with immensely early causality. Universal expansion may have heavy implications as to why, as major data goes all the way back to 13.8 billion years ago. Absurd gap in info during starting point... FUCK? Oh hey, that's a type of expletiv- Huh?"
Suddenly, he felt a pull on the left sight of his body, then he could suddenly feel the direction he was falling in. Turning his head, he saw a beautiful blue and green planet- coming straight at him.
"Woa-OOOAAAAHHHHH! PLA-!" His voice started getting drowned out by the air.
Shooting towards the planet, a stream of white pierced the skies, and created a pillar of light as it crashed down to earth.
Slamming into the earth, with a bright flash and a rumble, a giant crater was created by the impact.
After hitting the ground, he found himself unable to move, laying in the giant hole he made, he sighed and smiled, "Haaah. Oh well- this is just going great."
Turning his head around, he was trying to get a feel for everything, "Woah. Biological function seems to be properly working." He moved his jaw around, "Vocational skills are fine. Planet... might be... either Earth or Plat."
Seeing the huge pillar of light was a young woman wearing a black cloak. Dark purple eyes and long wavy black hair. She wasn't very tall, but she wasn't short by any means. Having a relatively fit build, with visible muscles on their arm.
Running over, she found that there was a huge crater over what used to be many many trees, Letting curiosity take the better of her, she peeked over and saw what she thought was a deity for a second.
An incredibly well-built body, pure white hair, white eyes, and an obscenely good looking face.
Slowly walking over, she was immensely cautious. Picking up a stick, she poked him with it.
Staring emptily up at the sky, he suddenly jolted up, "Boo!"
"Ah!" Startled, she instinctively smacked him with the stick.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry!" Dropping the stick, she covered her mouth with her hands in shock.
"Owww." Placing his hand over his face, he smiled "It's alright, I'm sorry, shouldn't have done that either way."
After saying this, he dropped his upper body back on the ground, sighing.
"Uhm, who are you?"
"My name's White! As for who 'White' is, I frankly have no clue who I am. Let's say- a great sage! Yeah! I'm a sage! Wise man sort of fellow." He seemed incredibly excited.
Wondering what sort of wise man didn't know who they were, she asked, "What happened before you- huh… fell?"
"Up... I was in...?" He started muttering at a quick pace." The physical universe beyond this planet's atmosphere... atmosphere... space? I was in space?"
"Huh, you mean like, above the skies?"
"Yep! That's about right. Was being thrown through the endless cosmos. Well, maybe not endless. But that's neither here nor there."
"W-why?"
"I dunno. You're the first person I've seen… ever! What's your name?"
"My name is Seven."
"Woah. Nice name, lucky number."
"Lucky number? What do you mean?" She had no idea how he thought Seven was a lucky number.
"That's a lucky number in some places. Told you, I'm a... data bank? No. I have a data bank. Computation~ wise man! I'm a wise man. Sage. A lot of knowledge. Well... perhaps wisdom may conceivably be a bit lost on me, but that's whatever."
"Hmm, must be a nice place."
"Of course it is! Everywhere has something nice about it. It all depends on the person. But then again, name Seven isn't a common name there either. In fact, numbers aren't really used to name people either! That's considered possibly negligent and even somewhat cold. Regardless, it's still a lucky number."
"You seem... are you a wise man?"
Staring at her, he continued smiling, "Yeah, I know a lot of things. Where you're from, Seven isn't such a lucky number. That's quite the shame as you- I believe to bring quite the luck.
"How would you know that?" Seven looked inquisitively.
"You're the first one to reach me. Which is... rare. Very rare. There is I believe... only one of me. And not only that, there's only one type of me. One example of me. No others- I am... alone...?" There was nothing but silence as he thought.
His speech began losing it's eccentricity, becoming less disjointed. "Huh. I'm special I guess...? Regardless I believe I made quite the bombastic entrance. The whole pillar in the sky and everything. Though, I wonder what will happen next."
"Huh?"
"I'm old. Like really really old. Yet everything is so new to me! I'm sorry if I'm rambling. Tell me about yourself! It's not like sages just know who you are. Tell me a story while we wait. Or if you want! I could tell you one. Hmmm, that doesn't seem fair of me… how about we exchange stories instead!"
"Erm, alright. Would you like me to go first?"
"Wow, you already have a story lined up?" White was impressed.
"Yeah. I've been told I'm a good storyteller."
"Huh, that's cool. I'm surely excited now!"
Sort of caught off guard by everything, Seven stayed quiet for a second, quietly putting together her thoughts. Licking her lips, she sat silently in heavy focus.
"So a long time ago. There was a hero named Sifu. Master- his name meant. All far and wide disliked his name, as to even talk about him, would be to refer to him as- master. Renown throughout the land for his feats of battle, his ability lent him fame as name spread infamy. One day. He came across a man dressed in nothing but-"
"Black." The word came out of his mouth. Seven wondered as to how he knew, but then saw he wasn't looking at her."
He was looking behind her. Peering into the crater, a humanoid golem made of black stood. It had golden engravings all over it, leading to a large golden circle in the middle of its head.
Turning around, she looked in disbelief, "A guardian?"
"Hmm, must be recent. My brain doesn't register the thing. Likely human in origin. What do ya know about it?"
"Uh- it's a black guardian. They were made to protect the world's people from… bad things I guess. Really vague I know, but that's all I can really think of."
"Good enough for me. Hey, could you go get me a pair of pants? Underneath the dirt, I'm like… completely naked."
"A-Alright, but do you think you'll be alright alone?" She was afraid he might get attacked or something."
White looked up at the sky, before looking back at her, "Yeah."
"I don't believe you." She stopped stuttering.
"Ehhh? Seriously? Pretty please?"
"No. I'll carry you if I have to. But I'm not gonna leave you to be alone."
"Well, I guess can walk naked if you need."
She paused.
Taking out a black cloak, she handed it to him and smiled, "Here, put this on."
Shrugging, he got up and draped the cloak over his waist. "Thank you."
The guardian looked at him. Silently observing, all before it turned around, and left.
"Hmm, I really thought it was gonna attack me."
"That's a fair assumption. I thought it would too. Those guys are super scary I gotta admit." She sorta shivered whilst continuing to grin.
"They seem quite… moody. But that might just be me."
"That's fair, I always thought they weren't the biggest fan of people."
"Nah. I think they're a big fan of you."
"How would you know that?"
"Intuition. Sagely wisdom."
"Seriously?"
"Nah, I'm kidding. No clue if those things can even feel emotion or not. Just a guess, might not be true."
She looked at him. This time, a bit more focused. He was definitely somewhat her type.
He was obscenely good looking. His eyes and white hair were traits that had a stigma to them for someone who looked so young. Disliked, despised by people. They were a trait that could be found in many demons. Yet, even with naturally white hair and his white, nearly gray eyes, traits all despised by the world, he was simply someone far too handsome for it to matter. Or at least, that's how she thought the world would view it.
Regardless, that wasn't really important to her, as she didn't care much about the world. She was someone beyond that. Or maybe too beneath it. What she wondered about was on what he was. Not everyday does the sky get pierced by white.
"Something on my face?"
"No? Why do you ask?"
"You were staring." His eyes looked back at her.
"Oh. I was just looking at your face and thinking."
"About?"
"Well. About you being super good-looking."
"How do I look?"
"Well-"
Dropping in, a giant appeared. Scattering earth about.
