Stirring his horse to the queue, Hua Shen and Li Feifei waited for half a shichen (about one hour) before they finally reached the front of the line. They posed as "ordinary" dignitaries and merchants, hiding their status as the Hua Emperor and Empress. Hua Shen was impersonating the Second Prince of Hua, Hua Tishen, while Li Feifei was his wangfei. Truthfully, Hua Tishen was not married yet, but even if Li Feifei couldn't pass as a wangfei, she could still be a lover or a concubine.
Hua Tishen woke up the morning after their sneaky departure, realizing his trade pass had disappeared...Stuck in Hua to take care of all the business Hua Shen and Li Feifei had left behind, he had yet to realize that his reputation was being sullied by his dear little brother, the Emperor, in a foreign kingdom.
Stopped at the gates of Zhao, Hua Shen and Li Feifei had to either present a merchant token or proper identification, such as an official's jade token or a decree from rulers. Of course, as the Emperor, none of these things were hard to obtain.
Hua Shen leisurely held up the golden merchant's pass and only moved forward when the sentry guard in charge of confirming their identification was finished.
"Esteemed guests, please wait for a moment. Your guide will arrive shortly," the guard respectfully added as he gestured the two through the tall gate.
The two simply nodded and proceeded into the capital city. The guide was responsible for leading them to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the evening, in order to receive their accommodations and entertainment. Of course, as the occasion was not normal what with Hua's still-recent change in regime, they would also be expected to discuss the future plans of the two allied kingdoms, Li and Hua, in regards to the rest of the continent.
As a traveler of many worlds, the sight that met them did not stimulate any awe from Hua Shen, but it was Li Feifei's first time seeing such a lively ancient bazaar—particularly at the coast.
The capital of Zhao was structured so that each sector of the city was layered with different elevations based on the residents' social status. At the highest elevation was the palace, from the time when the kingdom was still run by a monarchy, in which the ministers would gather every day to discuss politics.
The stratum below consisted of large manors and residences that belonged to those ministers, and following that was the layer for the wealthier merchants, then the middle and low-class merchants, and finally the common populace and commercial area. The elevation was not the only distinction between each class in the capital, as the scale and material used to build each building varied based on the wealth of their owners. Similarly, the number of slaves and servants served as another quantifier of their monetary capabilities.
The coast of the sea bordered three-fourths of the entire outline of the kingdom, with the only connecting landmass belonging to the stretch that Li Feifei and Hua Shen had come from. As they were currently situated in the lowest sector, Li Feifei had a full and humbled view of the grand capital from the bottom. Likewise, as the layer directly in contact with the sea, the crisp salty air lingered above the entire capital, strongest at their current location at the lowest residential and commercial area.
Still seated atop Hua Shen's noble black steed, Li Feifei ignored the architecture, focusing on the vast array of ships floating above the ocean waters and docked at the piers. These ships were not the ones she was used to seeing in her own world like ferries, warships, submarines, and whatnot. These were those legendary pirate-esque ships ah! Well, this was an ancient Chinese setting, after all, so it was more correct to call them Chinese Junks.
Nevertheless, even if she wasn't a ship enthusiast, Li Feifei was still easily lured in by novel things. She was also not a nature-lover, but the unpolluted sea when paired with the similarly lively rich blue sky was truly a sight to behold.
Hua Shen watched on with a warm gaze as his lovely little wife's black eyes glimmered and shone with a dazzling light, fully immersed in the new experience of the unknown.
He couldn't help but rub his large palm against her slim waist and smooth abdomen through her clothes. To him, the most beautiful view was, without a doubt, sitting in front of him right before his eyes.
How could the passing citizens, tourists, and merchants not notice such a conspicuous pair of lovebirds atop such a tall and awe-inspiring mount? The two seemed to be new additions to the region, as the woman was admiring everything in sight, while the man only had eyes for the woman in his arms. Really made the surrounding women envious and the men drool in appreciation for the beauty's exceptional looks and curvaceous figure, despite being so young.
It was true. Over the course of the past month, Li Feifei's fifteen-year-old body had matured somewhat. The last remains of her body fat had faded from her face, and her chest relatively quickly grew in volume due to her prominent charm stat.
Similarly, the fourteen-year-old body of the Emperor looked even less like one than he already didn't, as more time passed. Hua Shen constantly grew taller, his body packed more and more muscle with the exercise and sparring matches he initiated with Li Feifei and the other generals, and his baritone voice only continued deepening.
His charm stat was definitely maxed and beyond!
Noticing the unwelcome gazes on his baby, Hua Shen narrowed his dark ruby eyes as he frowned slightly. Then, without even thinking, he lifted his calloused palm to completely cover Li Feifei's small face so as to block others from their blatant ogling.
"Hey!" Li Feifei protested due to the sudden obstruction to her view as she rapidly blinked, her long lashes tickling against his rough palm and sending soft tingles from his hand straight to his heart.
It was super effective!
Thankfully, before he decided to turn her around so that he could ravish his excessively alluring baby, the sound of a man clearing his throat sounded right beside their parked figures on his steed.
Of course, just that wouldn't have been able to stop the shameless Emperor from his conquest, but his wife had deliberately provoked his rising dragon with her lower body after having sensed his intention. Due to this, Hua Shen's red eyes had darkened with his desire to just ignore everything else around them as well as their age restriction to plunder his naughty wife right then and there, but the last strands of his rationality made him hesitate, giving her the chance to slip off of the mount to stand upright and unfazed before the similarly standing guide.
The guide was an old man with a long, white mustache and beard. His eyebrows were bushy, and his yellow clothes were elegant yet not gaudy.
Taxi!
Li Feifei unconsciously thought to herself when she observed the man who was similarly observing both her and her devil—primarily her devil—who was still sitting solemnly atop his steed with a towering tent between his legs.
His robes were long and draped excessively when he stood upright, which would have hidden his dilemma perfectly without any effort. Unfortunately, he was currently sitting with his legs spread atop the horse's back, so the obvious hard-on was visible in all its glory as the cloths of his robe outlined its valiant figure. It didn't help that he was particularly well-endowed, despite being so young.
But who was Hua Shen?
He was a man who didn't know the definition of shame. That word nor any of its derivatives simply didn't exist in his dictionary from over a thousand void years' worth of lifetimes.
The pitiful Emperor who was suffering from blue balls grievously stared toward his ruthless wife with a wronged, pouting expression before taking in steady breaths and willing his erection to go down for the fourth time that morning. Then, as if his arousal had not just been witnessed by everyone within range, Hua Shen restored his callous demeanor and jumped off of the horse, landing right beside Li Feifei.
His hand habitually snaked behind her, securing her body by the area directly beneath her right breast, and pulled her flush against his own hard and tall body.
Toward his childish antics, Li Feifei was already immune but still could not stop herself from speechlessly rolling her eyes.
By the time the two's figures became fixed to one another once again, Hua Shen was already completely in acting mode. With a serious expression, he ordered imposingly toward the transfixed guide, "Let us depart."
The taxi man was silent for a few seconds as if he were trying to erase the earlier spectacle of another man's towering tent from his conservative mind, then wordlessly turned to walk in the direction of the Minister of Foreign Affair's personal residence.
Naturally, Li Feifei and Hua Shen followed behind him. Li Feifei continued to look around in wonder at the unfamiliar sights while Hua Shen's unruly hand openly and blissfully kneaded her breast every which way, deforming its plush shape through her layers of clothes. Occasionally, he would pinch and pull against her hardening teats, eliciting a soft cry from his alluring wife, followed by a resentful and tearful glare for interrupting her sightseeing.
The main reason he continued his actions was because, although she glared at him like so, there were also hints of desire and want within her charming pair of pitch-black orbs.
When they arrived, the guide ran off as if his life depended on it.
Nobody told him how lascivious the Second Prince of Hua was, ah! His conservative mind, soul, eyes, and ears were not ready for such an experience!
Meanwhile, the unaware Minister of Foreign Affairs, welcomed them as he had received news from the messengers sent by the Navy Commander, of Hua and Li's intent to form friendly relationships by sending important people to delegate. He was happy that the two powerful kingdoms decided to reciprocate their intent to maintain the peaceful status quo rather than inciting a devastating war.
However, Hua Shen and Li Feifei were direct and cared not for his misconception. In fact, they only sent the fake messengers in place of the murdered spies in order to buy enough time for them and the other party of generals and Zero to arrive at their respective kingdoms.
Furthermore, they were able to enjoy the delicacies brought to them before shamelessly dropping the bomb that Hua and Li had intentions to unite the continent.
Of course, by then, Li Feifei had already taken the final bite from the last pastry held in front of her plump red lips by Hua Shen.
The Minister's face darkened, but he forced a smile and a few fake bouts of laughter at the poorly designed joke, "Please don't joke around."
Hua Shen laughed in return, but there was only seriousness in his deep pair of red orbs, "Oh, but mister Minister of Foreign Affairs, we are completely serious."
