The Alliance was a group of competent representatives. They represented the school itself in the intercompetition season; a battle between elite charm schools and the school who emerged victoriously would be bestowed a blessing from the Supreme Ruler.
It was said that the Supreme Ruler's blessing could increase the charm ability of Charmer which was beneficial to a charm user stuck on his/her bottleneck.
