Ryn tugged Jeremy's shirt when he refused to get off her. It was another week after the video chat with Mika and Ryn was supposed to leave for the airport now. However, it seemed like her boyfriend has changed his mind and refused to let her go. Hence, she found herself lying underneath him as he pretended to be asleep.
"J, come on. I need to go now or I will miss the flight," she coaxed but the reply she got was a loud snore.
She tried to shake him awake but he refused to move. She glanced to her left side where her phone was sitting on the nightstand. She wished she could see the time. Would she really be late and miss her flight?
"J, please. I need to leave or I'll miss my flight. Everyone is waiting for me," she tried again. She knew he could hear her every word but refused to respond. He was playing dead in order to stop her from leaving.
How frustrating!
