Throughout the night Jeremy was busy socializing with the other businessmen while making sure Ryn was taken care of. He never let her glass empty but at the same time, he did not allow her to drink too much alcohol. He even told the waiter to give her either soda, juice or plain water.
Even he controlled his alcohol intake because he needed to wake up early tomorrow for the flight.
Just like he promised, exactly two hours, he said goodbye to their host. The others also said goodbye to the hosts and gradually left the place in partner, group or alone. Jeremy and Ryn were among the early ones who left.
He just smiled calmly as he led the way to the exit. He even held Ryn's clutch. The car from the hotel was already waiting for them. He helped her with her dress as she got into the car. Then, he got into the car and pulled her into his arms.
