Jeremy was just staring at the ceiling blankly, acting like a love-sick man who was abandoned for years without any care by a heartless lover.
And that heartless lover was obviously Ryn.
He did try to ask the family regarding the wedding preparation but his mother just rolled her eyes and told him not to worry. They only needed Ryn's opinion while he only needed to prepare the money. Then, she actually shooed him from the mansion, telling him to go wherever he needed to go.
He tried to explain to them that he knew what Ryn wanted which was not too extravagant. She wanted something simple and private, something that special only for the family. Of course, she also understood about his position in the family and the business but she would love to have the wedding that has her preference in it.
Sigh. He did try but failed. He guessed he had to put his trust in Mika who was helping their mother with the wedding.
