Ryn again woke up earlier than Jeremy. She gently untangled herself from his embrace and made a beeline toward the bathroom. She washed her face and brushed her teeth. Then, she changed into another working attire.
Today would be her second day and she felt better than yesterday. Of course, she was still a bit nervous but today Jeremy has no meeting at all. He only needed to check and sign the files. Despite not having any meeting to attend, Ryn decided that she should be professional and put on her working attire even though she would only be in this room, working.
She went straight into the study room and let out a sigh at the sight of the tidy pile of files on top of the table. Those were the ones Jacob sent yesterday. Ryn managed to read half of them and took note of what Jeremy might have questions about. Maybe because she knew him for so long, she could guess what he would say when he read each file.
