Ryn woke up alone in the bed. She rubbed her sleepy eyes as her mind remembered where she was and why.
She blinked her eyes as the memory of what she did with Jeremy before she fell asleep came to her mind.
Did... did they just do that? Even when he knew he would be late for the meeting?
She groaned as she covered her face with her hands. Why was she so weak to fall into his seduction again? Why couldn't she stay strong and resist his lust? She should be the assistant that could help him in his job, not the reason why he kept being distracted from his work.
