He watched as she weaved her hair into a braided bun and wrapped the scarf around it with a flourish of a bow to tie it up. He whistled.
"I didn't know you can do that."
"I've learned a lot during my job," she replied. She did learn a lot when she was working as a model. Once she was done, she stood up and walked to him.
"I'm ready," she told him, accepting his hand.
"Let's go," he pulled her out of the bedroom to the door. He lifted his hand to check the time. They were still right on schedule.
He opened the door for her and then helped put on the safety belt before he walked calmly to the driver's side.
"A new car?" she asked as she watched him did the same, buckling on the safety belt, and then started the engine.
"Just an old car," he replied.
She twitched her lips. She did not think this was an old car of his. She did not remember seeing him driving this. Maybe he bought this last month and to him, it was already old.
