When she woke up, it was already 5.30 pm. As she rubbed her sleepy eyes, she knew she had something to do but her drowsy mind could not remember what it was. She blinked her eyes a few times as she yawned loudly.
What was it that she needed to do today?
She rubbed her face with both hands sleepily, trying to kick the sleepiness away.
Then, her phone rang.
She groaned but still reached to answer. She fluffed her pillow and placed it against the headboard. And then she leaned against it as she answered the call.
"My love, I'm outside your house," Jeremy announced cheerfully.
"Huh? Why?" Ryn blurted out in a puzzle.
Jeremy paused. His brows knitted together. Did she forget about their date?
She yawned sleepily. Without bothering to ask him again or wait for his answer, she walked to the door and opened the door.
