Although both Ryn and Mei Li were puzzled with Jeremy's request, they did go to the studio. Mei Li tried to ask Ryn but the puzzled woman could only shrug. She did not have any idea what Jeremy wanted that she had to be at the studio.
It took them almost half an hour to arrive with the heavy traffic. Ryn twitched her lips when the car finally stopped right in front of the stairs. She had to climb up the stairs to go to the studio.
"Good luck, Ryn. Anything you can inform me," Mei Li said right before Ryn opened the door.
"I know," Ryn murmured. She took off the hairtie tying her hair into messy ponytail and let her hair free. Without even thinking nor checking the mirror, she ran her fingers through her hair before she opened the door and got out. Her eyes did not seem as sleepy as before. They looked serious, just like her usual look when she was strutting along the runway.
