Ryn lowered her eyes and looked at her hands. They were holding her backpack.
"Do you want a budget hotel or..." Mei Li's voice trailed off as she waited for Ryn's answer.
"Somewhere safe enough for me with a lot of privacy," Ryn said finally. She was clueless about where to go because she did not care about how many stars the hotels own. All she cared about was whether it was safe for her to stay. She did not want any risk especially when she would use it as her temporary 'home'.
Mei Li sighed. She had no idea too. She did know several hotels that she used to 'park' the models who came from outside the city but would Ryn agree with any of them? Some were quite on the pricey side while some were on the cheaper side. Which one would Ryn choose?
"Choose somewhere that Jeremy and Mika could not find," Ryn suddenly added. She took out her phone and stared at the black screen. No one knew what was in her mind.
