Ramon's eye broadens from confusion for what he just heard. 'What does she mean by gone?' He's bewildered and unable to think of what he was about to ask. He was still in a daze when he heard a voice behind him speaking to the nurse.
"Excuse me, Miss, what is the name of the person you mention just now? " Alexa came in time and heard the whole discussion. She started to panic. What if the nurse was talking about her? and the person that was gone is her grandmother.
The nurse that was talking glanced up," Are you by chance the Granddaughter? The one I spoke to over the phone? If you are, then I hate to notify you that your Grandmother is gone." She informs her indifferently, staring at her straight in her face.
"What do you mean, she is gone?!" Alexa frantically asked tears forming in her eyes, voice cracking.
Ramon, trying his best to console Alexa with no luck. She's too emotional at the moment and shaking as she waited for the nurse's response to her question.
"Well, right after I finished speaking with you, I went back to inform her that you were on your way, but when I got there, she was long gone. So, I don't know where she's at right now."
"What? Alexa asked with a nervous laugh. " So you're telling me that she left without a word, gone as in...she left, not dead? In between laughs. " Alexa was overjoyed after hearing what the nurse told her. She let out a sigh of relief before turning her attention to Ramon who has been a comfort to her the whole time.
"You heard that, right? She left, not dead! With a nervous laugh again. How about we get out of here? Do you mind taking me home to see if she's there?" She was about to leave when the nurse called her back. "Miss! Miss! There's this matter of the unpaid bill, and you need to take care of it before you could leave."
Alexa's face suddenly turned pale, hospital bills always cost a lot, and she did not have any money on her person. The money she made from shadowing Ms. Garcia all went to pay for their daily necessities and rent. Where is she going to get the money?
Ramon saw Alexa's expression and had a suspicion of what's going on. He knew her financial status. He did an investigation of her life for the last six-years plus what he knows back when they were in elementary. He decided to intercede, "Alexa why don't you try to contact your grandmother? And I will settle the bill for you, okay?. You can pay me back later when we get to your house." He added as to not embarrass Alexa in front of the nurses.
Alexa noticed he was attempting to help her, so she did not argue with Ramon. Instead, she gave him a half-smile before turning around to make a phone call. "Thank you!" She murmured as she passed him by.
Ramon's face became red from the heat that emanated when Alexas muttered unto his ears. Her soft sweet voice was like the current of high voltage electricity... He knew he would be in trouble if he was not able to control his emotions soon.
Once the bill was paid, Ramon and Alexa rushed to her home. Alexa had tried several times to contact her grandmother's cellphone with no success. The only option available was to go back and check to see if her grandmother made it home safely after escaping from the hospital without payment for her visit.

Lady Antella ordered Greta to pay a visit to Alexa's home as her representative and offer whatever help she needed. She also told Greta to Issue an invitation for the next day to meet with her at the hotel without letting Prince Alexander and Pierre know about it, or they might sabotage the meeting upon hearing about it.
