Sanjana on the next day rejoins her duty, Warren doesn't want any suspicion on himself, he warned sanjana to behave as Normal as possible, and also told her that her each move will be under scrutiny, if she tries to over smart him, he will make sure that Sam pays the price.
The respect that sanjana gained till now had been lost, she was the hospital slut, a gold digger, who used Sam to obtain his wealth. Roy also didn't talk to her, acting loyal to Sam. But the reaction that she wanted from the one person didn't came as expected.
Sanjana was expecting sam to be angry on her, but he behaved as if nothing had happened he came close to her,"are you alright, my love?"
"I should be asking that question to you I dumped you, don't you remember?" Sanjana getting frustrated at Sam's behaviour said, she wanted sam to stay away from her and stay out of trouble, but he was making it difficult by trying to be understanding towards her recent behaviour.
"One thing I know Sanjana that the girl who could risk her life for my Immortal one, will never betray me. so I know that there is something bothering you and it would be better if you share it with me, you know I have solution to all the problems." Sam said.
"Always so smart, you think yourself to be the centre of this universe. for Once think that I was never interested in you, I just wanted your money and for which I needed you alive I didn't know that you cannot die and now I don't care if you live or die." Sanjana said and left.
Sam stood their still smiling. Roy came to him," why are you smiling? This is definitely not the Sanjana I remember she wouldn't have done this to you she insulted you in front of everyone." roy said angrily.
"Everyone can see that she betrayed, I can see that she is in pain, I just want to ease her pain by sharing it with her." sam putting his hand on Roy's shoulder Said.
"Tia called me, she said that sanjana has filed for divorce and is demanding half of your property, including your whole share for this Hospital and the Shergill mansion." Roy said.
"What can I give her, when I myself belong to her." Sam replied calmly.
"Your attitude is irritating me, sam, you need to react and make Sanjana understand that she is doing wrong by giving divorce to you." Roy tried to explain Sam.
Roy was still talking when Sam left.
Warren and Sanjana arranged a meeting for their lawyer with Sam and his panel of lawyers.
Warren had decided with his lawyer to ask most of the property from Sam to elicit some reaction from him.
The lawyer started,"my client demands a divorce and a compensation that includes the Shergill mansion and the property around it, the share Shergill company has in Boston Hospital, hotels from Las Vegas, Houston, Boston, London, Vancouver, Santorini, Paris, Moscow and Singapore. She also wants her share in the Shergill shipping business and Pharmaceutical business."
The panel of lawyers from Sam's side were about to say something but sam signed them not to speak," given, anything else?" he said.
"The Villa in Tahiti and Malibu." Sanjana said confidently.
"Given, anything else?" Sam asked again.
Warren was getting frustrated at Sam's calmness,"then the deal is done we shall leave, dear." he pulled Sanjana to his chest, there was some tension in between Warren and Sanjana which only sam could see.
"I agreed to giving my property, not my wife." sam stopped Warren from leaving, grabbing his arm, which was holding Sanjana's hand.
"You are such a stupid man, Samrat, the girl doesn't want you, she doesn't want to live with you, still you don't want to let her go. Let us be happy." Warren said.
"We shall go to the court if you want, but I am not going to leave my wife alone with you. I don't trust you." Sam pulled sanjana to himself.
"Don't you understand sam, I don't want to be with you, just get out of my life and let me be happy with warren." Sanjana pushing Sam away said,"let's leave honey." Sanjana signed Warren.
As reached warrens home, he was very angry, he felt his plan was failing. Sam was not reacting as he thought, sam was so much confident about Sanjana's innocence, that he was ready to give away his entire wealth to keep her with him.
"Tell me, tell me, whom did you talk with? sam is so normal as if nothing has happened, you definitely told someone about my plan." grabbing Sanjana by her arms warrant try to scare her.
"I told you Sam would never believe that I would betray him, I told you that your plan would never work." Sanjana almost in tears due to the pain that Warren was giving her, said.
"If he is not getting what I am going make you pay for it." Warren pushed sanjana on the couch.
In anger, he pulled out a Rod and started hitting Sanjana taking care that her face was not injured. He kept on beating her till she got unconscious from pain.
The Days Past nothing changed, sam was still trying to figure out Sanjana's reason for her rudeness towards him because of which Warren would take out his anger on Sanjana. Sanjana was getting beaten daily, she didn't knew how long will she able to survive like this?
On one afternoon while having lunch at the cafeteria, sam came and sat beside Sanjana, she made a face as soon as he sat there.
He tried to talk to her but Sanjana was not ready to say a word she was no more scared of Warren than ever. Sam touched her hand, on which she screamed in pain. Sam saw that there were bruises on her hand.
"What's the Sanjana?"he asked till now, he was all calm, but now and there was anger flooding in his eyes.
"Its nothing I just got my hand in between the door. " Sanjana tried to lied.
"Ok," suddenly his expression changed as if he knew what will be his next step.
At the night when sanjana finished her duty and was about to leave, a peon came to her and asked her to meet sam in his office, as he wanted to discuss something about the divorce. She felt as if she was dropped from 30th floor, sam was thinking about getting divorced. But this was actually good, Warren will leave her and Sam alone, if sam gives her divorce, As sam will not have any weaknesses.
Lost still in all this thought she entered his cabin, but what she saw blew her mind off.
Sam head almost destroyed his office and the glasses were shattered on the floor. He didn't look good as well the anger flowing through his eyes in form of tears and his hair messed up. He looked as if he was going crazy.
Seeing Sanjana he put a stake through his heart, giving out a loud cry.
Sanjana without thinking ran to him and caught him before he collapsed to the ground," what did you do Sam?" she was in tears.
Sam was not moving, she pulled out the stake from his chest,"please come back to me, please, please, please come back to me Sam, I can't live without you." She begged, as she rocked his body in her arms.
She cut her wrist by the glass fallen on the floor and fed Sam some of her blood. Within few minutes, sam started to move. She wiped her tears off,"is your drama over, I need to leave, my boyfriend is waiting at home." she getting up from the floor said.
She was about to leave when started playing the recording of last few minutes that happened in his cabin, how sanjana ran to him, as he staked his heart. Sanjana secret was out.
"You are a very bad actress sanjana, I knew that you can never betray me, no matter how much you try." Sam came close and kissed Sanjana. The tears started to flow from Sanjana's eyes, and she broke down in Samrat's arms, he wanted to console her but felt it was better that she cried her heart out.
When her sobs slowed, he kissed her on her lips, the chemistry was undeniable between them. Sam ran his hand on her bare back and longed for Sam from a long time, within no time they were kissing eachother passionately, in eachothers arms.
They were so lost in the moment, as if the past few weeks had never even occurred. After making out, when Sanjana slept on the couch with Sam covered her with the blanket in his cabin and slept besides kissing her on her forehead.
He decided that whatever may be the reason under which Sanjana is going away from him, he is not going to let it happen. he will not let sanjana suffer like this is as he touched over the bruises on her arms and back.
In the morning, when sense now woke up she found herself in Samrat's arms, she smiled initially but then came back to her senses. She made out with Sam, if Warren comes to know about this, he would definitely make them pay for this, and all the pain that she has been enduring the past few weeks will be in vain.
She got up from the couch and took her clothes before she could move, she hit the drawer and Sam woke up.
"Sanjana." Sam said. he could see that she was crying.
"They should not have happened we did a big mistake I need to leave." Sanjana said and rushed to the bathroom to change.
"Listen to me, Sanjana listen to me." sam knocked at the door but could hear only sobs from inside.
In few minutes Sanjana came out all dressed and left without saying a word same tried to confront her but she didn't say a word and left.
