Yueming got up from his bed and freshen up. He went to the kitchen to grab some food and there was few dishes displayed on the dining table.
"Whoa! Yan, you cooked this?"
"Bro..?" He rolled his eyes upward.
"Ittadakimas.." Yueming sat on the chair ,took his chopstick and bowl to start eating. He came home early in the morning after his on call last night. Bei Yan washed his hand and started to pick up his bowl too.
"If you can't handle my uncles, do tell me. I don't want you to get implicated." Yueming said between a mouthful of food.
"No worries,bud. Grandpa Zhu had once helped me when I loss my mum."
"Grandpa.." Yueming sighed, " his life is really hard. Luckily, he is smart and tactful. Anyway, I knew he can handle those greedy people but nowadays people will do anything for money. Just never let them to harm my Grandpa." He continued.
"Didn't you father handle the business now?"
"Right, but my father is far in England. He will comeback for new year celebration."
Bei Yan showed his confused face. "Why Grandpa doesn't follow your father?"
"He doesn't want to. He technically begged us to let him stay in the estate passing his remaining days with the memories of his wife. So, we let him be and he doesn't want any one protecting him. He wanted to do the cook and stuff by himself. Aish, stubborn old man." Yueming sighed in smile. A few seconds later, the smile faded and his eyes showed regret.
"He lived with his few subordinates in the mansion. One day, one of them were poisoned by the food they bought from a new stall in the city. We did thought that it was a coincidence but then, the stall was closed few days later. I checked the city hospitals if there was any poison case with the same history. None. A normal store , food poisoning does not occur to one healthy individual. It was targeted person."
Bei Yan noded in understanding. "I see. Pretty scary."

Late in the morning, Bei Yan went to meet the loan shark and settled the debt. They didn't really care on how he got that money as long as the debt is paid so, Bei Yan finished his business quickly. Later, he called his wife and told her that he got a new job in his grown up town.

Yueming was in his study when he received a call.
"You are here?" He went to the door and there was a man wearing black jacket and jeans standing in front of the door.
"Hey,bud." That man greeted Yueming. He opened the door inviting the man to come in then headed to living room. That man threw the brown envelope towards Yueming before he walked straight to the kitchen. Yueming took the envelope which had landed on the sofa next to him. He took out the documents inside and start reading.
"Hey Kai! Take a bottle of mineral water for me too."
'I come here yet I don't get treated as a guest! Cold. No wonder he is single. Alas, his best buddy is also the same!' Kai rolled his eyes and opened the fridge to take the mineral water.
" Is this all?" Kai came and sat in front of him.
"Of course not." Yueming showed his annoyed face. "Man, I don't have such a sweet time for your prank." Kai raised his hand , didn't want to argue, he took out a pen drive from the pocket of his jeans.
"Here is everything about that guy." Mu Ru Sheng.
