"Why did i forget about that?!", Takashi shouted, as he was kicked his chair.
People started laughing at him for being so foolish. They didn't expect that someone would start a ruckus here infront of the Elven Tribe.
The Elven Tribe is a largely known guild for being so manipulative in the capital. Their members alone each could wipe out a whole town with their magic. They did countless crimes like kidnapping, murder and such without a care in the world, since the Blackriver Capital's mayor is even afraid of these madmen.
Takashi didn't pay attention to these Lizardmen since he was unaware of the situation.
He was just a new visitor from another region, so why would he act rashly infront of so many people?!
5 minutes earlier...
Takashi arrived to Blackriver Capital from his hometown, Westwood. Tired from travelling, he eagerly looked for a bar to reciprocate.
He was about to check [Sale Stock] on his phone. As seconds go by, there was still no sign of his phone being touched by his palm. _No way.. Don't tell me!_, he thought quietly. He forgot to hold his phone before sleeping.
For him to equip his phone, he needed to hold it before sleeping; for he was using a cheaper version of the DreamScape helmet. Today was the day that the [Dark Rising Dagger] was going to be put up on sale, and supposedly, the worst day of his life.
The Elven Tribe, the way as they are walked up on Takashi.
"Hey kid, do you know who we are?", an Elven Tribe member said proudly.
" Huh? What are you saying punk?!", Takashi replied confidently. The surrounding audiences were shocked. They weren't expecting someone answering back to the Elven, nonetheless a nobody like Takashi.
The Elven member grabbed Takashi's shirt and carried him up as if he was a feather.
This was a huge and grave mistake for The Elven Tribe. Takashi was wearing his favorite shirt and they happened to unfortunately grabbed it.
Takashi's eyes suddenly turned blood-red as if he were to devour the man in front of him.
His scarf was glowing bright red enough to blind a person staring directly at it. Bright red flames enveloped the scarf and burned the hand of the member causing -300 damage to him.
The member immediately let go of Takashi as he madly shouted with agonizing pain.
"Madman, you're truly courting death! Hahaha!", the member angrily shouted.
Takashi stepped back and faintly smiled as he began to cast his skill Burning Field [Active Skill] Lv. 3.
More than a dozen members of the Elven Tribe rushed at Takashi equipped with swords and bows. He only needed a few seconds before he could unleash pain unto these ignorant fools.
Five swordsmen used Chop [Active Skill] Lv. 1 at Takashi while archers used Flame Arrow [Active Skill] Lv. 1 at him. For Takashi, these were mildly child's play.
_These guys should have brought sunscreen on them!_ Takashi laughingly said in his thought.
Takashi started dodging blades and arrows one after another.
_Whoosh!_
People were amazed on how accurately Takashi was dodging the member's attacks!
He long knew what these tactics were. In MMORPGs, parties usually have ranged and melee members.
In this case, Takashi would have to eliminate
ranged attackers in order for him to deal with the melee group easily.
The Elven members tried to block every path Takashi might make. They aggressively attacked and block his movement.
After 5 seconds, Takashi shouted "Burn!".
Flames erupted from the ground engulfing dozens of Elven members in flames.
Damages -600, -630, -650 appeared above their heads.
It was truly a bad descision to anger Takashi.
Takashi woke up as he heard his alarm ringing.

In Dream Link, every hour is thirty minutes in reality, allowing "Linkers" to experience the dream to the fullest until their next visit.

"How much for a [DreamScape] ?"
"That would be 100,000 credits. If you have a membership card, you will receive a 10% discount on the purchase."
The youthful teen grabbed something from his pocket.
The lady was shocked from what she had seen from the teen. It was a VIP membership card. Only a few dozen people around the globe have been chosen to be VIP members.
Members of these kind receive special rewards as they enter the game: 10 Gold & 50 silvers at the start of their adventure as beginners, and also a three-time city pass, which is very valuable for every player.
The amount of allowance given to them is no joke as for the currency in Scape (The Game), are very hard to earn. Players have to clear elite quests and dungeons to earn atleast 1 silver coin, which equates to 100 copper coins. Moreover, 100 silver coins equate to 1 Gold;100 Gold to 1 Platinum coin, the highest amounted currency in Scape.
"Oh... Y-Yes, mister VIP, here is your DreamScape helmet."
"Alright, thanks.", the youthful teen said as he walked to the exit.
The teen then went home into his room and lay down to set up his DreamScape. After pressing a few buttons, he closed his eyes and began to dream.
In the darkness, a mysterious glowing figure appeared before his eyes. He then was asked, " "What name would you like to put in as your [1]gamertag and where would you like to start your journey Mr. Adventurer?"
"Hebikuro. And set my starting point at
Diamond Palace."
Diamond Palace is a city where most of the VIPs start their journey. They didn't have to rent shelters for themselves, for being a VIP already set them a place to stay in the palace.
Hebikuro is a well known and professional virtual reality gamer that has won many awards for his skill and battle prowess throughout fighting games.
He is well known for using the Assassin class as his name Hebikuro comes from the words "Hebi - serpent", and " Kuro - black". His snake like movements that defeated countless competitors allowed him to have the nickname "The Dark Serpent". Just hearing this name made players anxious of their actions.
Hebikuro now started dissipating into light as he was being sent to Diamond Palace.
_A fresh new start. Time to start dominating Scape._ He then went to start with his preparations. With his experience as a professional gamer, he would level up several times faster than average players because of the information given to players starting at Diamond Palace.
After doing basic quests and reaching level 5, he headed out to Trial Forest, a beginner map. Several players could be seen here hunting Oak Gnomes lv 2. They are the weakest among the mobs here and players can start with these until they can fight stronger ones.
Hebikuro didn't need to kill these Oak Gnomes for they only give 30 Exp. He then dashed into the deepest part of trial forest, which is Fortress Ruins.
He is only level 5. Seeing him dash to the most dangerous place in Trial Forest made the others question his sanity. Moreover, defeating the ruin will automatically advance the player/s into a few levels
Hebikuro didn't pay heed to these as he single-handedly defeated the ruin's guards in only 3 seconds with his Basic Dagger weapon and Assasinate [Active Skill] skill Lv 1.
The movements he make really show how a professional gamer moves.
Entering the ruins, he first observed his surroundings. Fortress Ruins have a rocky build with long vines sticking to some parts of the surface. One can see that this is definitely a ruin. Hebikuro concluded that he needed to secure the traps first.
Having to think about traps while fighting in a closed space is really troublesome. He disabled trap after trap that was in his path.
He was surprised as there was no monsters the whole time he walked. He also obtained a few rare items, skill books and materials in a ruin chest he found.
