After Rei arrived, all the family members have bonded with each other and all of them can celebrate their Christmas on Christmas Day with a complete family member. It's already on the 24th day, which is only a matter of hours before Christmas Day.
The Din's family owned a restaurant so they didn't close the restaurant even it's on holiday because they received many reservations and bookings for this special day so they are busy even it's a holiday.
Rei: Are you sure you're not letting me help there?
Mei: Yes Sis and it's alright, let us handle it and you just prepare for the night, that's all.
Rei: And yet you let me prepare for the night alone without help?
Mei: Don't worry the kids are with you, let them help.

Mei: We will close earlier so around 5, we already here.
