Laz let it all out, all of the pain and anger and rage he felt. Every dark thing inside of him came out with his voice and the world itself responded, shaking a bit from just the sound.
This wasn't something a person in the void palace realm could do. While this wasn't considered a very high realm by the ones who have entered what they call the god realm, it was the highest that anyone born within the last one hundred years had been able to reach.
And the first sign of this realm was the ability to actually effect the world around you, even if it was slightly.
Once Laz had gotten that out of his system, he fell down on his knees and drew in deep breaths, his body still wracked with pain. To the outside observer, it might have seemed like he had taken the attack with ease. But the truth of the matter was far from simple.
