Clouds covered the land, their extent couldn't be seen. Within the clouds themselves, many different colors could be seen, streaking back and forth. While the lightning targeted Tezcatlipoca who was still stuck in the hole, it still struck at random as well. Because of this, several of the solders and the armored vehicles got struck as well, causing death and destruction. While Tezcatlipoca wouldn't be killed by the lightning, the same couldn't be said about the regular humans as well.
