The glamours buildings disappeared into the background as the truck sped along the road, driving through the less wealthy parts of the city on their way north. While Las Vegas itself was a beacon of excess and wealth, that didn't mean that those living here were all like that.
Looking out at the trailer parks and dilapidated buildings, Amira started speaking.
