There wasn't much to say after that as everyone was thinking their own things.
"If you need anything... just ask. Alright?" Lessa said finally, waking up from her plans.
"I'm not going to drag you two into my problems. Believe me when I say you want no part of it or me. Even just me being here could be a problem in the future," Laz argued back. He didn't want his karma to affect these two. After all, he didn't have many normal friends that he could actually spend time with so it was nice that at least these two still counted among them.
He wasn't going to risk that.
