Xia Ning was sleeping soundly in Qiao Yu's arms when she suddenly heard someone knocking on the door, followed by su Zhong's voice.
"Young miss, master would like to see you."
Xia Ning slowly woke up, feeling a little irritated. Realizing that she was in Qiao Yu's arms, she snuggled into his embrace.
Qiao Yu hugged her and said in a low voice,"your grandfather wants you to go."
Xia Ning looked up at him with a dazed look in her eyes, but she regained her consciousness. She looked in the direction of the door and said,""I know." She couldn't help but yawn.
"I'll come back to sleep later. I'll let you sleep as much as you want. " Qiao Yu's heart ached when he saw how tired she looked.
Xia Ning smiled and stood up to look at herself in the mirror. She yawned and held Qiao Yu's hand,"let's go, let's go see grandfather."
Qiao Yu held onto her hand and followed her out.
