I couldn't believe what she said, but it were all true I was sure of it! for some reasons I can't comprehend I remember every part of my childhood from the moment I opened my eyes, She were there! and so was.. yes so was him, I couldn't help myself from frowning, it felt like a piece of my life were sotted back in its spot yet the edges are now rough not like the time I were born, "M-Mom?" a strong sense of connection I felt between her and me, I couldn't move my arms and legs as I just stared at the amount of time I missed, soon after I just realized she were already embracing me while crying in my shoulder, I remember the name of this brown haired female wearing a colorful clothing a name I couldn't forget: Cana my first and only mother. She embraced me through that action I could tell she wanted to say many things and expressed it in this way, a motherly embrace If only I could get this in a much earlier time, Damn it! She mumbled so many words all of which were incoherent I can't imagine the loneliness she must have felt.
Looking past her I notice a orange haired adult with 9 white tails approaching them, she crosses her arms and eyed at me as if she were trying to read my mind, a few seconds after I noticed her were the moment she spoke up, "Cana who is this?" it were the concern of a friend, from the looks of it mom and her must have been best friends, mom stopped embracing me and turned to her trying to speak only winding up and pointing to me, mumbling words that were normally incoherent but for some reasons I understood, so I acted as a translator of sorts "She says 'This boy is my long lost son that I spoke about' " The fox then nods after listening to what I said turned her head to my mom not speaking a word, my mom responded with a nod, I notice the fox let out a sigh and then speaks up asking me a question "Ok soo.. Seraphim was it? We sent so much people to look after you, where were you this entire time" It would appear that she were testing me, despite having my mom's agreement she still wanted to verify for myself, nothing but the truth could be given so I gave her the truth "I fell into the far-lands no clairvoyancy could have let you seen through it and no one can enter through normal means, that is why you couldn't find me" I'm sure she could very well enter it because she is part beast, her eyes glow in its color I wonder why? that was when she answers my question "I can see the truth through some magic I learned, welcome back Seraphim feel free to stay, there's some food in the kitchen feel free to get some there"
Thank god they let me stay if not, It would have been a disaster "Thank you!" though I am hungry so I think I should check out the kitchen "I'll be in the kitchen then" She nods to what I say, it seems she's trust me enough for her to tell me her name "My name is Kara by the way" I nodded to this and walked to the kitchen.
I enter the kitchen to see a girl around my age, her short hair covered one of her eyes and it had a light lavender color, fitting her eyes which were the same color, I fell in love the moment I met her though I'm no fool to fall for just the beauty of her looks, it was mostly her determination that struck me, it would seem that she were heavily relied upon by the whole group, if I were to stay I'd rather help carry the weight crushing her shoulders, and so I walked ahead to introduce myself "Hello, I was told to go here for some food?" she hopped down from her stool looking up at first but then down at me, she were expecting another member asking for rations but were relieved that it were not, she pauses to look at me then speaks up "Ahh yes you've come to the right place, I have something ready so please enjoy it" Her voice were like music to my ears, I immediately then introduced myself by finally saying my name, "Thanks, my name is Seraphim though you can call me Seraph if its easier" I gulp thinking I may have made it too obvious, but it would seem she were just deciding on what to call me, "Alright I'll call you Seraph then, I should say my name as well" I see her close her eyes, tilting her head and smiling, "My name is Cherry Heventue"
