find a way to stimulate the micro organism and manipulate them.
make them evolved be like plant/animal without loss ability to freely reconstruct their body.
using that as a breakthrough make a Bio- computer that can process like CPU like Brain.
make a neural link that can connect human brain and bio-computer.
combine them to make a controlabe organism.
then evolve them to be a void species that can survive in the vacuum with extreme temperature.
with ability to reconstruct their body as their wish, make a self-suficient ecology that can support the human inside it.
with huge body we need huge energy so dechiper how human, animal, and plant to consume and make and use their energy.
then make bio-nuclear fusion and photosynthesis organ.
after energy creation we need energy storage.
understand how camel and bear, storage their energy in the extreme habitat and hibernation.
body system.
brain system.

energy generator.
energy storages.
now we can talk about weapon.
poisonous spray like a cobra.
acid explosion kamikaze bee sting.
photons canon like firefly.
echolocation bat radar (not sure will work in vacuum space???)

with this many bio technology, human game modifications is a tempting option but that will left unrecognized species behind.
so how to avoid this?
nothing can avoid this!
human will evoluted so fast till there will be a radical evolution and preservation gen faction.
that will lead to new racism's, discrimination, civil war, and slavery.
but this side effect can be curb or even avoided by mentality culture of unity of one civilization.
and a doctrine of human body have thousand million cell and every cells is unique on their own.

actually there is more to dig for bio-engineering space civilization.
