Chapter 98 - Date night: Start of the Night

The pod lid lifted open, and I felt a surge of excitement for the night roll through me. I wasn't expecting what Victoria's reaction will be. I continued to feel it surge through me as I got up and, instead of getting a massage, jumped into the shower to clean up. The Phantom feelings I felt today were basically nothing after a day of talking to random people.

The shower cleansed my body, and I made sure I was entirely clean. I got out, and I got into something that looked more formal. I put on a suit, and I felt my stomach twist slightly with the thoughts of what I had planned tonight. It was a grand thing for most, but it wasn't much with my money and connections. It was something heartfelt for me, though, and I was looking forward to her reaction more than I thought I would.

When I came out of my room, I moved to knock on Victoria's door before opening it. I called out, and I heard her say something in the bathroom. "Hey, I have everything planned for a half-hour from now. Meaning that we have half an hour to leave to get there on time." I clarified.

"That should be enough time," Victoria said, hearing the excitement in her tone, "Going to give me any hints?" Victoria followed up, and I thought about it.

"Sure, You don't need to be over-prepared for anything. That is my hint," I told her, and I heard a sound of disappointment. "Don't be disappointed; You are going to love it, I am sure." I blushed to say it, but I knew she couldn't see me. The hint with the reassurance seemed to be a motivation.

Soon Victoria came out of her bathroom, her Hair now in a wave with slightly curly over her usually straight hair. Her dress was red and hugged her hourglass frame. The dress cut down her breasts, showing off a bit of her cleavage. As she turned on a swivel to show off, the dress was cut just above her hips, showing off her upper back with the red straps holding up the dress around her neck. The dress skirt also had two cuts up the legs that showed off her beautiful legs elegantly. The skirt also ended just below her knees.

Victoria smiled as she saw me shaking her out. I could also see her look at the suit with mixed feelings. It was like Victoria liked how it looked on me but wanted to see something else too. It was indecision on her face of how to feel, and I stifled a smirk. I held out an arm, and Victoria laced her arm through mine.

"Shall, We go?" I asked her.

Victoria responded with a smile and, stepping forward, "Is there anything else needed, Lest go," Her happiness was infectious, and we started to head out to the elevator arm in arm. I noticed Li and Gabby sneaking a peak as we headed out, looking very formal for our date. I smiled as my plans were moving in the very fashion I wanted them to.

"So you never told me to be formal, yet here you are," Victoria said, her expression MIschivious as we entered the elevator.

"No, I didn't say it was formal, and it isn't, At least not all of it." My smile remained, and I could see the Curiosity burning inside as we arrived in the garage. I moved towards one of my cars, and I pulled out a key, unlocking it. I showed her to the passenger door opening it. "Don't Try," I said as I closed the door, moving towards my own and opening it, "You will not get me to tell you early, Victoria," I said, my Grin turning Mischievous. "This is my first time planning a date, and I will do my best to surprise my Curious girlfriend without ruining it for you."

Victoria audibly huffed as I started to get out of the underground parking area. Still, I could see the smile on her face. She was Huffing to sound dissatisfied. It wasn't that she actually was. It was my first time going out of my way for someone, and she was excited about it. I drove a couple of blocks to a large skyscraper that made question marks appear on her face. She was wondering why I was bringing her here.

"What is this place?" Victoria asked, and I smirked.

"This is my Friends building. A place mostly for the wealthy. He owes me quite a few favors, and I got him to close the place down for the night." I smirked, "Although many of the employees with tight lips will be working. Although now that I think more about it. I don't believe he would hire anyone willing to run their mouths on the people who shop here." I clarified, "We can do whatever we want here with nobody talking about it." I finished with a smirk.

"You haven't said what this place is yet," Victoria remarked as I pulled into a spot leading under it.

"No, I haven't had I," I smirked and turned to show her said smirk before pulling up to a Valet underground. I opened the door on the driver's side as the Valet wordless did the same for Victoria.

"You are getting on my nerves with not telling me," Victoria said, her curiosity seemingly burning a hole in her.

I walked up beside her, and I held my arm out. Victoria put her arm through mine as I passed the key to the Valet. His job would be easy, but my friend wouldn't make me park my car even though there were many empty spots. It was an empty gesture, probably to give the best service he could. The only thing he wanted to be changed tonight, as I asked, was the fact there was no one else other than Victoria and me.

We stepped into the elevator, and it started to shoot up into the sky. Most of the building we were in was the company's offices; my friend ran here in New York. It was primarily Financial, but the top three floors of the building were something different. These top floors were very exclusive and were quite empty of people most of the time. They were busy, though mostly with other things since the few that could come would pay in a day what it took to run the place for a year. It was highly profitable, and no one really knew about it unless you knew someone who knew someone.

For me, I directly knew the owner, and I set aside a day that he wouldn't have any problems with anyways, and he owed me a favor. I was getting this treatment for ludicrously cheap for our circles, but I could have paid anyways. As the Elevator continued to rise, it looked out over the city as we looked down on the busy New York streets as people moved around the place to place.

"Amazing view to start. Is this some Skyscraper restaurant? Not very original if it is," Victoria said, and I smirked.

"I will not say the food tonight will not be at the top floor of the building, so you are partially right and mostly wrong," I replied with an evil smirk, "You are not getting me to crack until I am ready, Victoria." I closed the distance and kissed her red lips.

Victoria and I kissed while behind us, we skyrocketed to the top of the building, and I broke it as the quiet ding of the elevator sounded. We stepped out into a hallway that was almost deserted with shops on either side. There were clothing stores for men and women and beautiful places. It was all high-end fashion areas for both men and women, and Victoria looked confused.

"My date for the night is to pick out anything you want me to wear. Dress me up as much as you want, and any make-up you want even by professionals and pick up things for the home. My date tonight, Is a mall with the freedom to do anything you want for me, including a hotel room." I told Victoria with a large smile, "This whole mall is empty except for discreet, professional employees to spoil us. There is even a spa if you want that."

Victoria was surprised, and I noticed a smile on her face starting to break out. "I can dress you up in whatever style I want. Eat dinner, then you?" Victoria asked.

"Yup," I Confirmed, "You can do whatever we want here for the entire night!" I exclaimed the last part, and my voice echoed in the halls.

Victoria Jumped me and Kissed my lips, "This is so exciting!" Victoria exclaimed and looked around after breaking the kiss, still with me holding her as her legs wrapped around me. Her excitement was through the roof, and I was sure she didn't even notice for seconds. "Where do I even start!" Her voice exclaimed with excitement, and her head turned dozens of times a second, and Her lips kissed me again. "I love it, Can't waste a second," Victoria said, her expression turning serious.

All of a sudden, I was pulled in the direction of the Clothing store. I smiled as I followed behind her, happy that the date was going as planned.
