By the morning Daisy had prepared gifts for them but she felt so nervous and guilty that she could not even gather her courage to go, moreover she was worried if her best friend would ever be ready to talk to her again. After some strolling around the room, she gathered her courage and was about to leave when James called her in a sleepy tone "Where are you going this early and so dressed up."
She replied with a nervous smile, not sure if he was still mad at her "I am going to apologize to Jamie and Rachel for being rude."
James nodded and said in a detached tone as if he was still mad at her, truth being that he could never be that mad at her "Wait for me, I will get dressed and come with you" he then turned to leave as Daisy called him from behind "James, I am really sorry and there is nothing that could justify my behavior but can you please forgive me. I was really sad that after trying for so long I could not have a kid of my own, although I love kids."
