"Ugh... So a GM-no! God nerfed me for being too OP" Athan sighed but satisfied, If he really have 1/999 exp needed then becoming a god is just a simple task. If he become a god he can see Athia again but he can't comeback to this world, He still have a family. He could not just leave them because of something like this. He still want to live in here and seek new things. while he was having fun in this world he will find a clue on how to go back and forth between mortal worlds and Gods realm.
As Athia said, Gods can only observe the world. Gods could descend in mortal world if the said world can withstand their divinity, if not then it would make the world destroyed. That's why the god council created a law. Orykto though a strong and magical world, It could not withstand a God's power.
Farming Exp Points from Monsters is labourous, you only get minuscle amount of Exp. That is why level upping in this world is distressing, for example Rank 1 or I-class monster only give a tiny amount of Exp about 1-10 Exp points then H-class monster only give 11-20 Exp points until SSS-class monster only give 111-120 Exp. Strenuous and Hardwork is what people need to do if they want to get stronger.
Because the needed Exp to level up made the people despair but Humans and other races did not give up, They wanted to become stronger and protect the world from the hands of Demons. Adventurers Hunt monsters running amok through out the world, Knight and Heroes Defend the attack of Demons. Army and Soldiers prevent chaos for the country. Commoners and Nobles live inside the Town and City to secure livelihood. Kings and Emperors build a Country to Protect their population and build them what the people called Home. With this even if they are not individually powerful, they could still survive in this world.
The harshness of the world did not cause despair and destruction of all races but it became their conviction to survive and become stronger.
Nonetheless the people can become stronger without the help of level upping their Status, They can learn skills and ability without Exp points, Because skills and ability could level up if the certain person get breakthrough. For example an idividual swing his/her sword for thousand times s/he can learn a skill [swordmanship(C)lvl 1], If this individual want this skill to lvl up s/he need to swing the sword for a hundreds of thousand times. So every skill and abilities doesn't need exp point to level up but only train it.
For magic skills, people required to absorb magic and mana from Ion crystal. Ion crystal can be obtain from monsters or by mining. Before they can learn magic skills It is necessary to produce Magic core within their glabella or heart. Producing magic core in glabella results learning Arcane magic, In the heart one can learn Elemental magic. The difficulty of producing magic core is strenuous, If one want to produce in the heart it could be produce up to 3-7 years but in the glabella it needs 12-20 years.

Athan De Eleftheria, This is the name appointed by Her Magesty the Queen, Cinthia Madona De Eleftheria, Sister of Cecily, Athan's adopted Mother. The Surname Eleftheria, Only the Royalty can have this Surname. Regarding how Athan got this name. When Athan became 3 years of age. Cecily brought him into the capital for Celeste's Baptismal Ceremony.
One day before Ceremony Athan is loitering around within the Massive Palace of Eleftheria. The Palace is so huge, athan lost his way. Fortunately there are royal guards passing, He just ask for direction of the Reception hall. When the guards saw this little guy got lost they give him direction where to find his parents. Realizing that this child will get lost again in this huge palace on his own, the guards accompanied him to the reception hall. While they were walking in the hallway, There was a group of Royal guards appeared in the right intersection. apparently, they are escorting someone. Suddenly the Royal guards who was accompanying athan stopped, they bowed.
Athan got curious so he look at the one who was escorted by the Royal guards, It was an Old man with a short red beard and hair, Sharp and Overbearing aura. He looks like a sovereign king as if everything is within his grasp.
The Old man too stared at the boy at the side with a curios look. He saw that black hole like eyes, It didn't flinch a bit with his aura. Normally, ordinary people cannot withstand his aura and bow unto him. Although Rank 6-8 expert can face his aura it doesn't mean all people are powerful. There only few powerhouse in the whole world.
"You there, whose child is this?" A hoarse voice can be heard from this Old man. He spoke to the royal guards beside the boy.
"Replying to His Majesty, We don't know whose child is this. He lost his way and we tried to accompany him to the reception hall." The guard at the right of athan stood up and saluted before replying.
"Hmmm Okay, Hey brat want to have some tea?" The Old man said to athan.
"Yes, your majesty" Athan nodded and replied childishly . He is not offended at all. He knows this guy is relative of his adopted mother Cecily.
"Let's go to my office then, guards led us there"
"Yes your majesty!"
The guards answered in synchronization. They marched forward, The royal guards that accompanied athan also joined the others.
"Hey kid what's your name? By the way I'm the Former King, Casim Drago De Eleftheria."
Athan walking with his two little foot beside the Old man was surprised(The fuck! Isn't this Old man is my Adopted Grandfather, The former king) After contemplating, He answer childishly.
"My name ish Athan"
"Oh Athan what a nice name you got there eh" The overbearing aura of Casim fade and he chatted to athan frivolity. He is like an old man playing with his grandson. "So who is your parents athan?"
"Mommy'sh name ish Cecily and My dad ish Cesar. Hey Gwandpa awe you weally the king?"
"Cecily huh, I have a daughter too with similar name. Her name is Cecilia" Casim melancholy thought of her daughter. Hearing the name Cecily He was in trance he did not even hear the 2nd part and the latter what Athan said.
(Damn old man, Of course she is your daughter. Mom only spread the news of Celeste's baptism not mine. Because she knew I'm not blood rated to her, I'm sad of course. I also know that i can't have my baptismal in the palace. I'm not a royalty after all. Mom and Dad could not do anything even if they want to have my baptism here. That's why only Celeste's baptism news was spread. Mom and Dad is sad, there's nothing we can do about it. Haaah, No one even know who am I." Athan thought.
The two didn't talk and they were in daze. The Royal guards did their duty, They did not listen to what this two are talking about. Until they arrive at Casim's office. The guards open the door and stands at side guarding the room. Athan and Casim walk into the couch and sat.
"So where we at again? nah forget it. Tomorrow is my Granddaughter's baptismal ceremony. She's the daughter of my daughter Cecilia." Casim joyously talk about her Granddaughter's ceremony." Hey kid, Watch my Granddaughter's ceremenoy okay."
"Un, i will" Athan sighed
"By the way kid? Why can you withstand my aura?" Casim said
Athan surprised but thought of an answer them replied.
"Auwa? What auwa gwandpa?" Casim did not get offended by how athan called him but accepted it. Surprised because athan didn't seem to notice his aura. He grumbled (Is it because he is a child and couldn't detect my aura? but i saw a child in his age got scared shitless by my aura tho. This is really a mystery and suspicious.) Casim thought.
"No Nothing. Nah lets talk about something fun. I got curious at you, You are too interesting. It is rare seeing a black hair and eyes like you. Legend say individual like you has good aptitude and are geniuses. In my country there only few people like you, They now serve my country. Surprisingly their loyalty to the country is too strong. I was amazed by them you know. So Kid how about I adopt you as my Godson? What do you say?" Casim spoke in enthusiasm.
(Haaa? Is this Old man an idiot? Is this really the former king? Damn, I'm your daughter's adopted son)Athan cursed in his mind. He is helpless about the situation.
"But i have my pawents alweady "
"Oh then lets talk about your parents. Where are they?"
"Mom and Dad awe bushy, I don't know whewe awe they?"
"So they are busy huh, Then let's go find them then. Wait a second I will get some things" Casim stood up. he got at his Office desk, He open the drawer and took something then put it in his pocket.
"Okay let's go" He drag athan outside and told the royal guards to eacort them to the Reception Hall.
(Old man don't regret it later) Athan thought wickedly. He laughed in his mind, He imagined how the former king get awkward.
While walking through the hallway, The maids, Workers and Nobles inside the castle bowed to Casim. They curiously look at the child next to Casim.
Soon they arrived. They saw a grand and luxurious table and chairs lined up, Beautiful Decorations, Vases filled with flowers, Water Water fountain, Beautiful crystal chandelier. These is a banquet preparation for Celeste's Baptismal Ceremony.
They saw many Workers and Maids running here and there. Some Noble ladies are giving instructions at the maids. Cecilia is one of them, as the organizer she of course will help designing the hall She wanted to do some work but as a Princess she can't have a bad image, She can only give orders. In the mansion at Silver city there are maids working but sometimes Cecily wanted to have some work too. Maybe it is because of her habit when she's in Gold city living with Cesar, It's only the two of them living there.
Casim saw Cecily and nodded."Good Daughter, She's really one of my excellent daughter. As a father I'm very proud of her. Hey kid that's my daughter she's amazing right?"
"Un, yup amashing"(Of course she is. She is my Mom after all)
"So where is your parents kid?" Casim look around tried to look for his parents. He look at the ladies and men to find a face that look alike to athan. Because they are in the entrance the people inside looked at this two. Seeing Casim they came forwad to greet him
"Good day, Your majesty" The Men greeted
"Your majesty is something matter?"The Ladies greeted and ask Casim
"Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen, We are looking for this kid's parents" Casim greeted them too then he looked down and peek at athan.
"Hey kid, are you sure they are here?" Casim frown because he didn't saw anyone resembles athan at all.
"Un Yes, Mom ish hewe"
"But I can't see anyone looked like you though" A man spoke to athan. Other men too seriously looked around trying to find resembling the kid. They did this to lick boot the former king.
"No Mom ish hewe"
"Hey little munchkin, are you really really sure your mommy is here?" A pretty big sister cutely speak to athan.
"Un I'm suwe Mommy ish hewe"
"Okay okay where is she then?"Casim asked athan, He was helpless. How can this childs mom is here he didn't see anyone resembles this child. He sighed.
Cecily who was focused ordering the maids caught a glimpse at the entrance. Seems like there is something going on there, So she came over to look what's happening. When she caught at the sight of Casim she was surprised to see her dear father coming in here. Then was shocked, She saw her dear Baby at side od Casim, She thought what's going on. How can her Baby and her father got along.
"Dear Father, Why are you here?" She asked Casim. Before could Casim replied she kneeled and hug Athan.
"My Baby Athan, You got lost right?" She spoke affectionately. As a mother she saw through him.
"Un, I got lost"
Casim and Others was Stupified and stunned.
