Host has taken over the body of 'Gray' merging memories from Host and 'Gray' . A pain a little less worse when the system merged with my soul came aching through my mind or should I say 'Gray' surprised this young man had the same name as me. I get up and frown this body is weaker than I thought, I walk out of the alleyway look around this place is packed people rushing everywhere, people buying, people selling everywhere. From this body's previous memories it seems like I'm in a city called Thunderbird city which is a medium city in this country. Now back to main priority food. I found my target a woman selling apples in the open, I walk casually near the stand 'accidentally' trip someone onto the stand causing the apples to fall.

Once you feel this energy manipulate it so it goes to your skin and keep on putting layers and layers on your skin then compress it in order to refine.
Seems simple enough I cross my legs and concentrate on my dantian until I feel and energy I move that energy onto my skin then compress it.
