[World renowned serial killer Grizzly has struck once again, his latest victim is, Shar--]
"aggh" I scream in agony
I move my hands up to my ears in hopes to block out that high pitched whistle, but no, it's getting louder and louder. Once my hands touch my ears, a scene flashes before my eyes.
Each of the scenes involve Maisie, she seems to be talking to someone.
[ "That's why it's a secret"
"You know Adams don't you?"
"Of course, there are more ways than one to gain it"
"Really? tell me"
"No I won-"
Maisie locks eyes with me, a frown appears upon her delicate face.
"What's wrong? Why are you staring at that wall? there's nothing there." The woman shrouded in darkness says
"I thought I saw something,it's nothing. Forsaken had there been any Dream-seekers with Astral Projection? If so, how rare are they?" Maisie starts asks the woman, who's name is Forsaken.
"Yes, Nico Byer has it. From all the data I have, it's a really rare and unique ability that has many uses. Why do you ask?"
"I just got an idea, but I need to do some tests to see if it's possible first. Could you bring Byer here please?" Maisie locks eyes with me one more time before turning to Forsaken.
"I'll get him right now."
10 minutes after Forsaken leaves, Maisie turns to me and says:
"I can't do much, but this will give you some power over her, remember Forsaken, the names important, never let it leave your mind. We will talk soon and I'll explain more." Maisie turns to me again and says in a quick hushed voice.
"You're as pretty as ever I see." seeing her like this, I can't help but tease her.
"You!" She replies in what she calls 'Angry' tone as her face flushes red.
We wait another 10 minutes before Forsaken arrives back with Nico Byer.
"Hello, Madam Maisie, I heard you called for me?" he says as he bows to Maisie.
"Yes, I was wondering if it's possible to Astral Project into someone's mind?"
"I-i i'm not too sure..." He replies with a shocked expression.
"Think of everything you could do if you could. It'll be quite beneficial to our cause if you could. Your assignment is going to find out if you can."
"Understood" he says before quickly scurrying away. I swear I saw him glance back at me before closing the door.]
After that, I'm pulled back to reality.
