There are nine (9) realms an individual can attain to on Earth.
Basically ten (10) realms but the tenth one is more of a rumor than reality.

Spirit realm
Soul realm
Establishment realm
True realm
Arch realm
Heavenly realm
God realm
Saint realm
Each of these realms have three stages;
Foot stage
Middle stage
Neck stage
