Chapter 13 - Fairy... Bees?

It's late noon. Ar hunted three little chicken warriors and some eggs. In the end, only one was caught alive. He was busy washing the feet and feathers. He said that those would make some money. Well, it's his catch, he could do anything with'em.

"Sigh..." I leaned on a big tree and closed my eyes.

It felt like a dream. And I hoped it's just one long dream, eventually I would wake up in my apartment.

I wondered what happen in my world. Was I missing or something? Would someone give notice to Dad?

Even I hated the oldman and his new family, I still his daughter. If I died, then that da*m oldman would really forget our family. Mom, brother, and... her. And me.

"Even now he already forget,"I murmured softly.

"What next? Are we gonna continue the trip?"

I opened my eyes. That angelic face... I hoped he wouldn't be like his father. I prayed for all women in the near future, that their heart wouldn't be so fragile.

"Ehm! I guess, this is enough. I saw plenty. But... is there another road?" I frowned remembering the tornado.

"No problem. We can walk slowly. There's a town up front, I want to sell these to merchant guild." Ar happily let me put all to the magic bag.

"I'll ask Ibil to teach me, to suppress my power. Then later, we can go a little further. Maybe some trip to big city? Or we can do some treasure hunt?"

"Okay, promise! No going back!" Ar laughed excitedly.

Really. Boys are boys, wherever world you're in.

"Oh, no, they're going!! Let's go!"

"Hey, wait! Don't be reckless! Wait... Ciel!"

Took them so long. I smirked satisfyingly.

"Wait... please wait, Ms. Elf!"

Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God, oh my God! Oh. My. GOD!! It's fairy! Two cute little fairies...!

It took my entire patience to not grab and stuff them in my pocket.

"Wow... it's the first time I meet fairies," I gasped in awe.

"Fairies? Where? Are there fairies here? You can see them?" the fairy with orange hair looking around excitedly.

"You... are not a fairy? You're just a little bigger than my nail thumb. With wings. Cute face. Are you saying that you're not a fairy? You're way cuter than Tinker Bell and Thumbelina, even tho they're girls. If you're not fairies, then what are you?!" I yelled in frustration. My childhood dream shattered to pieces.

"Eh? Eh... umm, I'm sorry. We're not fairies. We're from bees tribe. We really need your help. Would you please come with us?" the orange head said awkwardly. I could see his blushing cheeks. Sooo cuuteeee!

"Our comrades had surrounded this place. If you surrender, there won't be anyone hurt," the yellow head gave some signal.

Sha...sha...sha... there are voices from here and there.

"There's only one more people. But I admit, I can't tell where he is," I said confidently.

"Hahaha..." the until now silent Ar burst out laughing.

"It... it doesn't matter! You still have to follow us. You killed many of our comrades, and we know your secret!" he was yelling to cover up his embarrassment.

"What? I don't know you. How did I kill your kin? And what secret? Just so you know, I hate it when someone threatens me."

"We know you were the one who released that big swirling water in the air. Actually, we saw when it happened!" the yellow head said arrogantly.

Hkk! It's like... something sharp pierced my conscience.

"Dace, stop it! No... there's no one die. They just hurt a little, don't worry. I am Cielle of the bees tribe. This is my friend, Dacil. And the other one... Saq, he's very shy, don't mind him. Like I said... we need your help, Miss. At least, will you hear us?" Ciel begged sincerely.

Not sure if it's because my fondness to cute things. My current heart definitely have a soft spot for beauty. And this Ciel's eyes're shining beautifully like... someone.
