Chapter 6 - All boys are bad.

Laura P. O. V.

"Laura"

"Here",Charlie shouted from across the class, waving at me as I stood at the middle of the noisy class.

From morning, I have gone through a detention, hell lot of gossip and a great ass to deal with till the end of my sophomore.

Sounds exhausting even on the thought of it.

"God, stop embarrassing me. I know where we would be seated."

I placed my bag, as Charlie and Cass had a exact replica of Jennifer Lawrence's Cannes Costume. The red dress was glimmering on the yellow soft light, as Cass needled every little stones on the side, carefully.

Cass loved fashion design more than her life itself. Her fierce passion came as The legendary Aunt Aurora designed her fifth birthday dress and presented her a kit.

"But you seem pretty lost", Charlie doubted.

Actually I was checking out whether Christian was in the class. It's been fourth period since I met him.

Everytime I enter one, my eyes always search for him. I tried to ignore him at my best level. I even skipped History class.

"No. I was fine", my eyes everted to the beautiful masterpiece, taking in its utmost beauty.

"So would Like to say something, Laura?", For the first time ,Cass looked up at me.

Their scrutinized gaze felt hot on me, which I just ignored.

"Yah... The design is pretty awesome. If you did a little change in the neck part"

"You have to keep the.. thing..on the and.. you know.. and just do your."

They were creepy silent and staring, which I hate it to the core.

Who would love the silent treatment?

"Alright. He was a friend of mine. We had a bet where I lost to him"

"A bet about kissing?"

"About whatever he can do!"

"Let's not talk about it anymore", I said as I ruffled through my bags for glue.

"Well, he was freaking hot, don't you think, Cass?"

There it goes.

"And that ass. His accent felt like he has a pretty big background."

"Maybe he is a billionaire like we use to read about the fantasy"

"Stop it, guys. He is a nobody", I stamped my feet, absolutely no comments.

"He also look like he work out."

"Don't you all get it, both of you?"

"What?", They asked in chorus.

"Rich, great body and his smooth as cheese on my bagel conversation"

They sat blank.

Urggh.

"He is a Picasso in the art of playing with hearts", I rolled my eyes.

"And you both should stay away from him, for your own good."

"Being handsome doesn't always mean you are a player.",Charlie's innocent voice broke a little of me.

"But there are good people, right?"

She looked at Cass, who doesn't want to start this conversation and turned towards me.

She thought that all Prince Charming are right there waiting for her, only her. And don't you dare argue with that! She will just talk bluntly till your ears bleed.

"Right?", She is always innocent in the ways of man.

"Who knows, Charlie? Boys are always proven to be an asshole"

"Not all boys", a male husky voice interrupted us.

How did you even find me?

We turned to see a well build perfectly handsome man, standing in front of us. His narrow dark eyes gave a tempting look at us as a frisky smile spread on his beard face, making him bloom with fifty shades of woman chaser.

Another one.

"Hi, I'm Felix. And I'm not a Playboy.", His Latin accent spread a charming aura.

But his face says the exact opposite.

"Who knows how much skeletons we can dig from your closet", Cass shrugged.

"Stop it, Cass. Don't be mean"

"What.. what do you want, Felix?", Charlie was swept over feet and her eyes were twinkling with delight.

"I want a partner"

"Me too."

"What?", Cass and I were in complete dilemma, as Charlie glared a death look at us.

How could she ditch us over some womanizer?

"But it seems like you are pretty occupied with the girls. Can you help me, um?"

"Charlie, short for Charlotte"

"Charlotte, it is a great name"

"I will be there", Felix set out to the most cornered bench and sat down with his tools.

"Charlotte, this is the guy we are taking about"

"He is annoying", We both wanted to put some sense into her. She can't stop blushing like a tomato.

"Bye, babes. I'll repay you later for this betrayal."

Before we could stop her, she went past leaving us, stranded in confusion.

It's lunch time.

"Finally some 'us' time together.", I said, as we sat down.

"Pizzas are awesome, so are french fries. But if I could eat some, that would be you", she sang, eating into the big cheese burger with chicken fillet.

Wednesdays are always my favorite.

Every good things happen that day. Art class, English class, fashion class, and most importantly the best burgers in my entire life.

I let out a pleasant sigh.

"Charlie is smiling" The weird Charlie had a big smile plastered over the face.

"Let me guess?"

"A date."

"Ew. No. But that would be great", Charlie kittenish smile sent me alarming shiver.

"Charlotte, honey. I guess you should check him thorough before jumping into the waters"

"Yah. Let's not talk about this."

Cassandra hitched me on this awkward talk.

"Charlie, but."

"Laura, I have been waiting since 15. I'm exhausted. And I'll check out on him. Don't worry"

I nudged Cass.

"What?"

I rolled my eyes towards her.

"Charlotte. You should listen to her"

"You are not helping, Cass"

"Alright. I will tell her"

"Hey." Suddenly Charlie shouted from across the room as everyone looked at us.

And I felt my stomach turn upside down as I saw Felix, taking his plate full of food, wandering mindlessly towards us. Following him was another boy. And Christian.

"Hey, babydoll"

"Hey, jerk"

"Jerk? Since when did I get a cute nickname? I feel so special."

I rolled my eyes as they met David's harsh glare.

Oh boy. I'm dead.
