Standing on the stage, Luosang felt something was not right. So she held the handrail and shambled toward the ground. However, she only managed to make two steps before the stage suddenly fell apart, and she fell into the water along with it.
December in Xia City wasn't cold, but the water was.
Luosang didn't realize that the water was deeper than it looked until she fell to the bottom of the pool. The middle area was the deepest area of the pool; the water there was at least six feet deep. Thankfully, she knew how to swim.
When she tried pretty hard to bring herself up, the planks of the stage fell on her shoulders and head. She heard a buzzing noise at the back of her head, then felt dizziness. After that, she sank back to the bottom, along with the planks.
Right at that point, she inhaled quite some water and started falling unconscious. Through the water, she saw someone jump into the pool, quickly swimming towards her.
