"Yan Su, you don't even recognize my number anymore?" a hoarse voice said over the receiver. She could tell that he was angry. "I'm your ex-boyfriend."

Yan Su was stressed out. Did he have to emphasize the fact that he was her ex?
She yawned and tried to sound as tired as possible. "It's so late... what are you calling me for? Don't you have to sleep?"
"How can I sleep?' Mo Liuxi said weakly. "I have a fever."
Yan Su sat up and stroked her long hair. "Have you measured your body temperature?"
"Not yet, but I'm feeling all weak and my body is very warm." Mo Liuxi sounded a little breathless over the phone. "I'm sure I have a fever."
"I thought you had medication?" Yan Su wasn't feeling sleepy anymore. "Do you want me to call an ambulance?"
