Alright, here is just the basic physique cultivation realms up to what is so far mentioned.
This will exceed the qi cultivation realms in the number of Realms I show, but only because it is a rinse and repeat kind of cultivation path for 9 Domains of cultivation and qi cultivation has only had the 5th Domain mentioned I believe as the highest Domain so far.
Either way, here is the basic info before I mention the realms.
Domain/Evolution:
The largest boundary in cultivation.
Usually used as a divisor between major differences in how someone improves in strength.
Example (qi cultivation example): The Foundation Domain is for setting your foundations, opening your energy systems and accumulating qi for the Formation Domain.
Realm:
The middle-level boundary in cultivation.
There are usually three of these in every Domain.
Stage:
The low-level boundary in cultivation.
Used to indicate the progress of the cultivator in their current realm.
Divided into three per realm.
Name of each stage is generally the same, except for the last (currently created) Realm which has different names.
There is no such thing as half-step or half-*enter realm name* because it just makes stuff too complicated the author's Dao of the Web got scarred for life after reading Martial God Asura before author realised that it is a sin to read that book.
This system is much simpler and the names are self-explanatory.
They are arranged in a slightly different order than the norm, due to my way of classifying each.
Now, the first 9 Domains (or Evolutions as the physique cultivation system calls them) for the story.

Base Realm: Marrow Cleansing -> Bone Tempering -> Blood Refinement

Processing Realm: Muscle Compression -> Skin Reinforcement -> Sense Honing

Stabilization: Yin Rejuvenation -> Yang Invigoration -> Purification
- Balance and Purify your Physique

Okay, if you do not get how this links up with the qi cultivation.
Basically, a Heaven Meridian Pupil (Meridian Domain, Heaven Realm and Pupil Stage) is a 5th Yin Rejuvenation cultivator (which is 5th Evolution(eg: 5th Domain), Stabilization Realm, Yin Rejuvenation Stage (equivalent to 1st Stage = Earth Stage)).
The Soul cultivation matches up in a similar way due to all of them having the 1D, 3R, 9S setup and a total of 10 Domains.
