Julianna never intended for things to escalate to the level they did when they first moved to the cosy apartment. She was just throwing a tantrum, so to speak, so that she could go back to the luxurious life at the Yagi mansion instead of having to do everything by herself.
She thought her husband would see the stress taking care of a baby had on her and change his mind about living in a sad apartment. But he did not waver. So, she decided to keep doing outrageous things to force his hand.
Unfortunately, she overestimated his love for her in comparison to the snotty crybaby.
Her shock was genuine when she received divorce papers as well as the petition for full custody. The Yagi family did not even have to use their criminal means to win the case. Their nosy apartment neighbours were all ready to testify.
