Understanding what Ethan wanted to say, Lillie immediately felt awkward.
"Uh..I'm..home?" It was more like a question than a statement. Ethan raised his eyebrow and softly glared at her.
Lillie cleared her throat, "I'm home." She said, properly this time. Ethan nodded in satisfaction, walking towards her, he gently grabbed her wrist.
Storm growled at him. Don't you dare put your contaminated paw on my Mistress, human!
"Nanny Ying already prepared dinner. You clean up first, I'll fetch you in 5 minutes." Lillie absentmindedly nodded. She didn't know why but, these pass few weeks she've noticed that Ethan's attitude had changed drastically.
He had also taken good care of her when she was sick, always reminding her to take care of her health, to never skip her meals and to not exert her time too much on work.
