Bai Ta Hill was part of the county's mountain range. The hill was 300 meters tall. The front part was protruded outward, and the back part extended to the mountain range. It was like a turtle head, protruding out of the mountain range.
This was also the reason why Bai Ta Hill's original name was Ao Tou Hill or Turtle Head Hill.
The white tower stood at the peak of the hill. It was entirely white with 1300 years of history. The fact that its color had not yet faded was a miracle.
The tower was made of bricks. The structure was hexagonal with 13 floors. Its height was 69 meters, and it was divided into four parts: the foundation, the base, the body, and the temple. Every floor had bells that rang whenever the winds blew past and could be heard from afar.
Inside the place, there were various Daoism statues such as the Celestial Emperor, Tai Sui, and many others.
