Draconic Proclamation (Dropped)

"Cold" was the first thing Teo ever said. Having been brought to an orphanage from a young age, Teo never really said anything, only the necessary please, and thank you. He was a cute kid, always having that look about him, like something he did was always going to be wrong. Although with his naturally purple hair, people felt always like auspicious signs were revolving around him. When Teo and the other children turned 6, he had never said more than 50 words. The other children within the orphanage always seemed to bully poor teo. The nanny in charge of the orphanage could never really do anything about it. When the other children were getting lessons on how to fight, he sat on the sides, never participating. He didn't have any friends in that place, and the day when the children were to awaken their dragonian powers, he only silently went along. On this day, the children turned seven, the age of awakening.
