"Ah... So good. Your cooking really always is delicious!"
"Hum! Hum! Of course! I learn more stuff yesterday when cooking with Uncle Yi-Il! So taste more of my new recipes!"

(Haaah... I calmed down a lot now, I'll deal with her again in due time, I mean they never told me any deadline).
Having a large serving from Yoo-Ah I happily follow her words abd gobble up everything she gave. From crunchy bread, thick dumplings with stuff that melts inside, and egg varieties, I simply just can't have enough. Thinking that, I look at the trays with piles of bowl and plates behind me.
(I feel like my stomach would explode before I actually feel satisfied, her cooking is quite dangerous).
"Hum! Hum! When you told uncle about waffles yesterday, I didn't know there was so much more ways you can make breads and cakes. Like some makes you twist the dough and some makes you arrange them in different patterns to enhance the looks and taste. And I can't believe there are such things as liquid doughs! I still have a lot to learn!"
"I'm sure anything you make will be very delicious, Yoo-Ah. And I especially like this bread with eggs. It looks real pretty too."
"Hum! Hum! That's one of the stuff I made with liquid dough! It's surprising simple, just put in the liquid dough, crack an egg above it, and cook it up! Boom! It's done! I heard they actually sell a lot of that in the western kingdoms! Who knew!?
Turns out the more west you go, the more softer the bread becomes while the east you go the more harder the bread! Plus, you can make fried cakes with liquid dough too and they taste completely different!"
*Chomp* *chomp*
"Interesting... Hmm? This one has meat in it."
"Yup, tried that one by putting some light cooked meat slices before cracking the egg!"
"Woah, maybe I should learn more cooking from you."
(I bet I could surprise Sis Fei and Sis Yuwei with this kind of skill).
"Hum! Hum! That's right! Now I remember that we should have our second cooking lesson as well!"
"Oh? We learn to cook some Taaeg Ppang last time right?"
"Taaeg Ppang!? It's suppose to be Pulpaeg! Where did you learn that word?! It's a horrendous name to give to that bread!"
"E-aeh! I'm sorry! It's just that everyone calls it that when I show it."
"Urrgh! Just call it Pulpaeg! It's shorter and much more easier to say anyways!"

(Her passion for baking is pretty intense).
"Also! I got some news to tell! Everyone's talking about it when I'm making the food for everyone!"
(Everyone? Is it not only Jana and Ye-Hua? Wait, so there's still people down there huh? Probably just staff).
"News? Is it from that black panel in the diner? Tee Vee?"
"Yup! It's pretty shocking! Did you know someone's actually brave enough to raid a home belonging to The Guardian of Silla!?"

"T-That is... Shocking."
(Wait, that news already spread so far? Didn't it happen just last night? And this is still morning! Here I thought Heaven was suppose to be super advanced, but why haven't I see any of these back at home? I saw a lot of advance stuff at the palace but is my district just lagging behind?)
"I mean, I may not like him much but I still feel bad! Still! They must have some will of steel to dare raid the home of the strongest warrior in the kingdom!"
"Yea..."
"Sadly, we didn't get to know who did it! And the most shocking part! They actually manage to escape when the Colonel is still inside! Now, I'm starting to think if the Colonel is as great as he thinks if he let's that happen!"
(When she say it like that, I guess. But his opponents are very strong- well most of them).
"If that can happen to the Colonel, I wonder how everyone else will feel?"
"Don't worry!"
"Excuse me?"
"Usually no regular or sane person would target such a heroic figure just for some petty riches! So, that raid last night probably have an ulterior motives! Plus, everyone knows the Colonel is pretty poor anyways!"
"What makes you so sure?"
(I mean, doesn't that just sound sad? Isn't he suppose to be a hero? Or like a noble or something? Then again, his house is pretty empty. Unlike the corridors here or the palace back home, there wasn't even any ornaments or decoration except that thin walls of paintings).
"Call it my detective intuition, Sova. Heh, Uncle Ajo would smile seeing me!"
Yoo-Ah makes a confident grin and pose with her spoon. And I can only smile as she reminds me of those mystery novels detectives.
(Well intuition or not, she's right. They did come to kill me. And if it wasn't for Abe's bluff I would've need to fight).
*Munch* *munch*
"By the way! I guess this is also bad news!"
"Another bad news!?"
(Woah, this place is really eventful).
"It seems my treacherous brother has finally returned home!"
"O-Oh? Isn't that good news?"
(Wait, he's still here? And here I thought he escaped the city after his stunt. Or at least go do whatever Abe convince him to do).
Yoo-Ah clench her hands and raises them high shouting:
"Hell no! The masses may not knows his treacherous deeds but I do, and so do you now! Seeing them celebrate and the other girls talk about him like he's some dream guy makes me sick!"
"Yoo-Ah... Um..."
Yoo-Ah starts cracking her fist and slamming her palm shouting:
"This is the perfect chance, Sova! Let's go beat him up!"
"E-Excuse me? That's a bit sudden."
(Yoo-Ah suddenly sounds like a bully).
"No it's not! I've been waiting so long for this! Now he's finally close to our grasps!"
"You're more violent than I thought."
"I'll be a demon if it means beating some senses into him!"
(It seems she still cares for him to say that rather than just beating him).
"He's definitely at the Hunter's guild! Oh, wait! You're still recovering, so... Even if I have to go alone, I'm definitely going to give him a beating! So follow me and cheer for me!"
Finishing the meal Yoo-Ah gives me, I put the trays away asking:
"I don't mind accompanying you but Isn't there a different way to beating him? Like defeating him in a game?"
"A game huh? You might be right! Knowing him, he'll definitely dodge my punches!"
(I mean, who won't? I guess she is strong enough to incapacitate Soo-Li with one punch... She might be stronger than I thought).
Going to the private restroom to wash my mouth and hands, when I went out I see Yoo-Ah lie down the floor with her legs still cross. As I sit down, Yoo-Ah pops up shouting:
"I know! We could play the pushing games! I see those idols do it a lot on their shows! But wait, knowing my brother he's not gonna fall at all with my strength!" Yoo-Ah bits her thumb and continue with, "It's just not fair he's so strong!"
*Knock* *knock*
"Oh? Who's there?"
I look back at the door when Yoo-Ah shouts:
"Sorry! Not right now! We're busy plotting something!"
(Is that something you're supposed to say?)
"It's me Juha, can I come in?"
(Juha!?)
"Oh! Well, I guess! It's not locked!"
(W-Wait, I don't think I'm ready yet-)

Hearing Yoo-Ah's permission, the door opens wide as I see Juha entering with her usual military uniform. Yoo-Ah a bit hesitant says,
"Juha! I may not like you but can you help think of a way to bring my brother down!?"
"Huh?"
*Click*
Juha after closing the door is left dumbfounded and confused as she freezes looking at Yoo-Ah. Tilting her head a bit she asks:
"I'm sorry, but can you say that again?"
"I'm sure you heard that my brother have arrived back at the kingdom! And I'm pretty sure he'll still be here! You heard his story yesterday! So, as revenge I need to somehow beat him up and bring some senses into him! Quick!"
Juha visibly baffled looked at me and I can only shake my head in response. Sighing deeply, she shakes her head replying:
"What am I hearing today?"
Juha then looks at me again with a sharp glare before saying:
"Forget it, maybe not now. So, what is this about?"
(Wait is she ignoring what she heard last night? I mean she wasn't there when Abe was bluffing).
Taking a sit beside me, we form a half circle at the open centre of the room. Yoo-Ah point at her shouting:
"Like I said my brother has finally returned! I say it's time we sprung into action and beat some sense into him for leaving us behind!"
"Uh..."
Before I could say a word, Juha grabs Yoo-Ah finger and pull it down replying:
"What is going on here? Don't you think you're a bit bloodthirsty proposing all that? I understand he did some despicable act from what you told me yesterday but don't you think you should know why he did it?"
Yoo-Ah pulls her hand away from Juha's grip shouting:
"No need! I have no sympathy for the one who abandoned his family! Not anymore!"
Juha then folds her arms and lean back on the bed close to us saying:
"So, basically you're gonna involve strangers like us on your own personal feud?"
"Well... I said this to Sova already but I'm gonna do it alone if I have to! You two can cheer me on! And just like I discussed with her, I realize none of us can even beat him in a fight! So... We're gonna beat him in a game!"
"Sigh... Whatever floats that boat. So that's why you ask me to think of one?"
"That's right! Do you know one!?"
Feeling a bit conflicted she scratch her chin looking at me as if she's pondering something. A bit uncomfortable with her eyeing me from head to toe, I back off a bit saying:
"Um... Juha?"
Juha shakes her head and looks back at Yoo-Ah saying:
"Why not Go-Stop?"
(Go-Stop? What's that?)
"Go-Stop? That's it! We'll beat him in Godori and put him in his place!"
"Say, Yoo-Ah what's that?"
"Right! Let me explain! Go-Stop are basically card games you play with special decks you get from beyond southern Heaven! We don't know what they call 'em but here, we call them Hwatu Decks! And Each deck has this 4 cards with the same theme from each months!"
(Hmm... That sounds familiar, very similar to Hanafuda cards I played with Shio, Uncle and Aunt Soba's).
"Don't worry, Sova! I'm confident in my reflexes and I memorized the cards for each months too! Plus he never plays Go-Stop, so I ain't gonna lose!"
"I didn't ask this but are you sure this will really put some "senses" into him?"
I ask again and Yoo-Ah proudly shouts:
"Definitely! My brother is a very competitive person and wouldn't allow himself to be beat in anyway! So he will try his best and even make a fool of himself trying! I can confidently say that is still true since you can easily see that in his idol shows!"
(He sounds more like trouble to me now and Yoo-Ah can "scheme" too it seems? And wait, so she still watches him even though she hates him? Well, it's a better alternative than trying to hurt him, she might have fun.
And he is doing his idol career while doing whatever he is doing? Donuts, I really need to learn how to manage my time!)
Juha sighs again saying:
"I suppose getting to meet the famed Special Rank is not too bad."
(Huh? She really is ignoring what happened last night... No, find the right time to say it. No more hiding!)
*stomp* *stomp* *stomp*
"Hmm?"
My danger senses picks up a loud stomp moving very quickly from faraway, I wonder if it's just someone outside and let it be. Looking back at the "scheming" Yoo-Ah I ask,
"By the way, do you even have the cards?"
"Hum! Hum! I do not! But don't worry, I know someone who do! I can borrow from her! Then again, we could just buy one, it's pretty cheap."
"Really? I suppose some family fun would be good... (Wonder if I should do it too back home after all of this is done?)"
Juha amazed and relieved by her answer nods along.
*Stomp* *Stomp* *Stomp*
Hearing the approaching something getting louder and closer, I can't help but feel alarmed, seeing how I can only hear with my enhanced hearing senses I wonder if I should tell them?
"Alright then! Say, you two don't mind play test it now for some warm up right!?"
Juha lay back and relax as she gets up my bed replying:
"Today's vacation day so why not have some fun."
"Hum! Hum! Now you're speaking well! What about you, Sova!?"
Called back by Yoo-Ah I try to keep tabs on the movement that gets too close for comfort and nod along replying:
"Sure!"
*STOMP* *STOMP* *STOMP*
By this point, the noise is coming from the lobby.
(Okay! Whatever is making that noise is definitely coming here!)
Yoo-Ah then rummage around her purse she puts at her table saying:
"Hmm... Wait, I should contact Ae-Ri to see if she's in her room."
As I wait for her, the sounds soon jumps and coming this way. I approach Yoo-Ah in hopes of protecting her when,
*Slam*
"Yoo-Ah! Are you okay!? Sova Anmao! You fucking coward!"
All 3 of us, understandably shocked by the sudden raise of voice look toward the door that's been forcefully open. Sensing an attack coming for my head, I quickly stand tall to parry but,
*Smash* *crack*
(The hell! So strong!)
The sudden strike pushes me away as I fell to my bed and Juha helps catches me. Feeling my hand going numb, we finally get a chance to see the assailant. A young man with short black hair and a small face, wearing an expensive coat with fur over his expensive vest and white shirt with myriad patterns. His raised fists burning with fury while he stands to protect Yoo-Ah, he glares at me with anger.
(Oh shcnitzel! Yoo-Gisa...)
"Gisa Oppa!"
"Yoo-Gisa!? Damn, just like before I couldn't sense him! (Am I going to keep being snuck up again!?)"
I could hear Juha's whispering plight while Yoo-Ah is shocked by the sudden appearance from her family.
"W-Wha... What the hell are you doing Gisa Oppa!"
Yoo-Ah raises her fist to punch Yoo-Gisa but he easily takes them on as if she's doing nothing.
"Barging suddenly into a girls room! And assaulting my friend! GET OUT!"
As if her punches does nothing but wrinkle his vest, Yoo-Gisa shakes his head replying:
"It's nice seeing you again, Yoo-Ah. But please change your wording."
Taking the chance of their quarrel, since wearing my usual shirt I can see the deep blue mark on both my arms, my hands can't stop shaking as I lost some feelings on my hands.
"Thank you, Juha."
"Mm."
I thank Juha and she simply nods as she helps me up and confront Yoo-Gisa. Yoo-Gisa a bit irritated catches both Yoo-Ah's arm easily saying:
"Stop it, Yoo-Ah. You're being tricked, the one standing before you is a very evil person! There's no doubt about it now!"
"The only evil person standing here is you! I mean, who just went up and hits a girl in her room!"
"Sigh... Sorry."
Yoo-Gisa sighs and release Yoo-Ah's hands. Before she could strike again, Yoo-Gisa strike Yoo-Ah's neck with quick precision and she quickly fell into his arms.
"H-Hey! What did you do, I can't move!"
As he places her on her bed, Yoo-Gisa finally faces us. Rather than using his sword like last night, he simply raises his fist saying:
"Prepare yourself, Sova! You'll rue the day you went after my sister!"
"Yoo-Gisa Nim, I have to stop you right there."
"An officer huh? Then you better help capture that foreign agent! He...? Is a Silencer capable of turning armies into ash!"
Juha shakes her head and shields me replying:
"Even if you are a Special Rank Hunter, I can't let your vigilante justice run rampant! You will cooperate and follow me."
Yoo-Gisa getting irritated tries to reason when he realize,
"Wait! Aren't you there in the meeting last night? Dammit, so you are one of them already! I'll have to escape with my little sister then."
"Stop spouting your bullshit, Stupid Oppa! Juha? Maybe! But suspecting Sova of all people for being a terrorist and evil of all things!?"
"Of course-"
"That's impossible! She is with me all night yesterday!"
"She is?"
"Then let me ask her myself then! Sova!"
Yoo-Ah struggling a bit to look at me then shouts:
"Are you an evil agent!?"
"There's no way she will-"
"That's right, I'm what he call a Silencer."
"See what I told you- HUH!?"
Yoo-Ah's body jolts as her eyes stares at me with confusion and I continue saying:
"I was there last night when the Colonel is doing his activities!"
"Sova! What are you saying!? I mean that's not even possible!"
Yoo-Ah tries to deny me but I won't lie anymore. Yoo-Gisa a bit confused nods along replying:
"Aha! At least you have some decency to tell the truth."
"Yea, so release your pressure point on Yoo-Ah and we can take this somewhere else."
"That I can half agree."
"Stop this!"
Before we could move, Juha stands between us and holds my shoulder as to stop me from speaking before saying:
"I think that's enough, Sova. You don't need to go so far, to protect her. Stand back, you just finished recovering."
"H-Huh?"
My turn being confused, Juha then proceed saying:
"I think you're misunderstanding something, Yoo-Gisa nim. Sova can't possibly be the Silencer in question."
"What makes you so sure?"
"Like Yoo-Ah said, it is simply impossible for her to be there. Logically speaking. I even checked the security cameras before coming here and found no one comes out of this room beside me. And I'm sure you know being born here, we use Owlian tech since we have many Owlians living among us compared to any kingdom in the peninsula."
"Woah! You're thorough! Nice come back! Take that, stupid Oppa!"
(Wait, she checked!? But that's impossible! I definitely went out of the room, with Abe as well!)
"W-What are you saying? Silencers or what we call Child of the Abyss don't follow logic. They need none, she can just cast her self invisible or phase through doors and walls or floors avoiding the cameras!"
Yoo-Gisa's in full panic and I can easily tell if he would be persuaded again tries to interfere but hold back.
"Let's say she somehow learn the placement of all hidden cameras in her few days being here and escaped unnoticed. But let's not forget the meeting held by the Colonel took place at 11, an hour after I left this place and only lasted less than that. And before I left, Sova was sleeping like a log thanks to alcohol and being kept down by Yoo-Ah, or push down by her."
"That's right! We even accidentally drop her off the bed and slam her down and she still wouldn't wake up! She is too drunk to react!"
"Excuse me, you did what?!"
"I'm sorry! It was my fault! Please forgive me! It was all an accident, I swear!"
(And I didn't wake up!? How bad am I with alcohol? And that sounds dangerous! Wait, if that didn't wake me up, how did Abe wake me up then?)
"And I arrive there by train which all station is already closed being so late and I had to call upon a privated transport for military and official personnel from the help of my grandfather. So the only way she could go there is by foot, which would take more than an hour and the meeting by that point ended long ago... Thanks to your sudden arrival."
"So you're saying it's impossible by foot right? That's bullshit! It took a traditionalist Martial Artist like me less than an hour to run and jump from there to here, and I'm not even the speed type! What makes a Martial Master like her(?) Not able?"
"That is also untrue, after all, if you can't tell by just looking, Sova is an Owlian and a cripple at that, Zerian logic don't work on her! And I'm sure you already realize she has no qi at this point.
And if you didn't know, Sova was badly injured at her promotion and has just woken up yesterday. Do you think an injured person can go as fast as you and do risk being hurt again?"
"W-What!? There's no way that's true!"
"Of course it is! Who are you to judge, Sova like that! She was nearing death after her promotion and here you injured her again when she finally wakes up! You're the suspicious one, coming here and suddenly attacking people!"
Yoo-Gisa taken aback tries to get close to me but hesitates and I can only wonder,
(Wait, is he believing her? And wait, why is Juha protecting me? Isn't she suspicious as well!? I mean she knows I have that unknown power! No, I need to react! If I'm going to get assaulted again, I need to at least pull them away from any bystanders).
"You don't need to defend me, you two. It's true! I can reach there quick!"
"Really!?"
"Oh? And how do you do that?"
Yoo-Ah and Juha looks at me suspicious and I hastily answer with,
(Hold up... Juha says it takes place in 11 and I exit this place at 10. Using that secret tunnel for almost 2 hours isn't the meeting ended by that point? Huh...??? What the fudge is going on?)
"Um, either way! I somehow reach there in time using a secret tunnel from this place into the Colonel's house!"
"Secret tunnel?!"
"This place has one?"
"(Here? I don't remember one being here in the future, and this place has its surface blow over and there was no underground shelters here)."
Everyone eyes wander as they search for an answer, puzzled by my own answer I try to convince them again saying:
"It's true! Where do you think the red waters in the baths come from? I use the tunnel there! There was a red stream everywhere as I walk on the sides and steam was rising making it hard to see!"
Juha holds my shoulder and looks at me
"Um... Sova, the water and baths in this place comes from a long array of pipeline that extends outside the city's rivers, and there is no place you can walk. Swim? Maybe if you can hold your breathes against the reversing currents for hours without any space to breathe while you squeeze through the small pipes. And even if you did I doubt you can squeeze through the small hole of the closet and other small holes."
(Then where the fudge was I walking down there then!?)
"T-There is one! I'll show you!"
"Sova! Listen! I've been here for a long time too, and nobody told me about any secret tunnel! Not even Hwang-So gramps, you know! The owner and builder of this palace! And he usually spills secrets locations in his house to distract us for some treasure hunts when he was busy! I mean that would be so much cooler, and maybe there's one in the royal palace, but here!?
I've been here since I was a kid with my siblings back then and the only secret places he has is his wine cellars I use to hide from his wife, the grumpy demon grandma! And the emergency exit they provide us in case this place somehow got sieged is by using the back door! And it can only be opened with a special key owned by the new Governor and the Head of this adventurer guild!"
This time Yoo-Ah tries to convince me and I too am baffled by this sudden revelation. Juha then taps my shoulder which prompts me to look back. Seeing Juha's face being relieved and somewhat sympathetic she then continue asking:
"Sova, let's say you somehow leave this room unseen and enter this "secret tunnel" of yours. Traversed underground that is hard to see by your own word and in the middle of winter night. I think this is the important point, do you even know where the Colonel lives? Do you know Colonel Angeo Song Iseon's home address?"
(Home address...? Wait... Abe never told me! I just followed her there! Maybe I should've asked her back then!)
"O-Of course I do! Isn't he living here in this city at the moment with how much we're meeting him? Right, he lives on the noble district you told me about!"
"Sigh..."
Juha looks at me with disappointment and pity as she sigh and replies with,
"Stop making a fool of yourself, Sova! The Colonel lives outside the city, in his private estate close to the capital where a town once stood."
"Excuse me?"
"Yeah! Though that's understandable since you're not from here, everyone who goes through the capital or hear about the Colonel will know!"
(The fudge! By some Danish liver sandwich, I somehow convince I'm innocent instead! Wait, what the hell is a liver sandwich? Or Danish!? I wonder if my head will spout out more of those stuff as much as my spells?)
Juha rubs her forehead as if she's having a headache saying:
"And sure it's close, for someone like him or Colonel Angeo Song-Iseon, but you ain't gonna run fast enough, underground no less."
"H-Huh? I-I am fast-"
"Enough! He? Could just deliberately being an IDIOT! And pretending to not know! And if you are so eager then show me the tunnel then! Even so, you are just digging your own grave."
Yoo-Gisa losing his patience and probably his reason becomes angered by our stunt shouts out and being able to divert him away I nod saying:
"I don't mind that, follow me."
"What are you saying!? You just finish recovering- sigh... I'll follow along."
Juha says as she follows behind me-
"Hey! Wait! Where the hell are you all going!? Don't leave me here!"
"Um..."
Before I could say anything Yoo-Gisa points down at the floor replying:
"No, no, you stay. And don't worry the effect will remove itself in about half an hour."
"W-Well what if I suddenly wanna use the bathroom then, stupid oppa! Are you telling me to hold it in!?"
"Yes, yes I am"
"Urreee! Let me go! Release me!"
"Sigh... Fine, I guess I can pressure your bladder too until this is all done."
As Yoo-Gisa raises a finger Yoo-Ah shows a face of despair and hopelessness shouting:
"Eep! Wait! What kind of brother do this to his own cute little sister after a long reunion!"
"Stop it!"
I intervene and stand between them raising my arm as to shield her and continue saying:
"That's right! What kind of siblings hurt each other! Just release her! And Yoo-Ah don't worry, I'm gonna be fine, I got Juha to accompany me."
(I kinda feel bad saying that since that made me a hypocrite again).
"You keep saying that but you still got hurt anyways! Not to blame her but don't your remember what happen at your first quest!? And look at your arms! Even I can see the blue mark! And here you just finally waked up too! I'm not going to let you get hurt because of me again! And especially not by that stupid Oppa!"
"Yoo-Ah..."
"Sigh..."
I can only look back at Yoo-Ah shouting back at me without being able to take an action while Yoo-Gisa sighs and nod along saying:
"Fine. As long as you stays here. (Dammit, why am I the bad guy now? And wait, aren't she making herself prove she's guilty by doing this? Is this some sort of trick?)"
Yoo-Gisa visibly worried turns around the corner to hide his face before he dash past me without being able to react and hit another pressure point on Yoo-Ah saying:
"There! Stay here! And you! You better not do anything funny, now lead the way!"
"Alright! I'll show you!"
As I head out, I could hear Juha whispering:
"(This whole situation is dumb)."

[Extra Bite] A Pickle for Penny
Last night was in a not common of sense, peaceful. A peace before the storm predicament. A time of order before the coming lessons to learn. A somehow resolution with no casualty but the Colonel's treasury. As we walk across the painting walls, Abe pulls out a certain crystal orb before saying:
"Alright, Sova, should we call back home?"
"Now? Sure!"
Having removed my armour back at where he left it, I now return wearing my sleepwear as I wait to see the people back home. Abe with little effort shakes the gem as it splits in two.
*Ring* *ring* *bwoom*
"Hsgagyayahha kaisuauah!"
Light brightens up the corridor and when an image appears, Abe shouts in language belonging to the people of the walls.
"Uuh... hkakajhua jajajah!"
Seeing the picture moves I can see Yui angry at us as she rubs her eyes as if she just woken up. Abe smiles gleefully and move to the side, pointing at me with her thumb replying:
"Hagahaah jajka~"
"!!!"
Yui seemingly noticing me opened her eyes wide and the whole image becomes covered by a large blanket. As the blanket curtain falls, I see Yui dressed up a bit and dragging a sleeping girl with brown hair through the floor shouting:
"Wake up! Sis Yuria! It's your scary master!"
Speaking in runician, Yui drops Yuria's leg and shakes someone I haven't seen in a while. Yuria... My own caretaker Sis Yuwei lent to me. Seeing her orange eyes open, Yuria pats Yui's head saying:
"Huuh~? Yui... It's the middle of the night, are you hungry or something? Or are you afraid to go to the bathroom again?"
"Unnn, no! Your master! Sofa, was it? He's on the phone!"
"Hui!?"
Yuria quickly gets up to look at the screen and I wave my hand happily saying:
"Good evening, Yuria. Sorry it's pretty late."
Going back to speaking Runocian, Yuria opens her eyes wide and starts dashing away as I hear sounds of bumps and items clattering. Worried I look at Yuria asking:
"Did we disturb them at the wrong time?"
Abe pucker her lips replying:
"Well, kinda, there's a difference of 1 day and 2 hours between here and there. So currently it's like 1 in the morning."
"Really!? Time zones... They really are magical."
*Clang*
With a loud noise, Yuria comes back wearing an arpon as to hide her sleeping robe shouting:
"Lord Suowa! Thank goodness! I'm so happy to see you!"
"Yea, me too! I really miss you as well- Hm? Suowa? Oh? It seems you've learn more Runician?"
"Yup! Took my time to learn many stuff as well! I dare say, I'm pretty fluent in it now, just like you Lord Suowa."
"Amazing! Say, how's it back at home? Is the palace still the same?"
As the lights to the room turns on, I could see her clearly now as Yuria nods replying:
"You could say that, well, most of the soldiers in the wall are actually being sent elsewhere. The only ones here I know are Lord Libing, Lord Chancellor Ptelophy, the head servant, and Hanami. Along with some lingering spirits and a few scary guards watching Lord Chancellor's room and basement I suppose."
(The head servant? I guess Lin and Lan is still there. Then if someone's guarding the basement, Jaya, that slime girl is probably still there as well. Hmm, whatever happened to Libing Disciple? What was his name again? Limu? Is he still there? That palace is quite full even when it's not. Oh wait),
"Hanami, how is she doing? Is Kokkan back yet as well?"
"Hanami? She's still the same, hiding on ceilings and scaring little Yui. She's the worst huh?"
Yuria turns to Yui who's wrapping herself with a thick blanket shouting:
"T-That's right!"
Yuria pats her head again as I see her large ears twitch and turns to us and continue saying:
"As for Kokkan well, he return and went out again, I heard he's actually where you are right now. The northern peninsula right?"
"Oh! Really!? He's here?"
"Yup! So, Lord Suowa, how is it there? Are there really a land full of sand? A cave entirely made of of magic gems? Or a tree filled with talking fruits!?"
"Huh? Well, there is a land full of sand but I haven't go there and I don't know about the other two. More like where did you hear that?"
"Eh!? But Lord Libing told me of it, he even showed me some pictures!"
"Yeah! W-We saw the talking fruit as well! It's kinda scary seeing him eat it while it screams."
Both Yuria and Yui agree as they seem to remember something. I for one am horrified by that talking fruit and Abe seems so as well.
"That is horrifying, as for me, I say this place is amazing since it's winter here. It's the first time I've seen snow and winter."
Yuria looks a bit worried replying:
"Really!? From where I come from snow falls everyday. Compared to here where it is always either rainy or sunny, I say this place is paradise!"
"I see... Maybe because this is my first winter, I'm actually enjoying it."
As we are still walking as we speak, Abe hold my shoulder to stop me saying:
"Okay, Sova, I think that's that for tonight. Time to dive down and return you back to your room."
"Huh? Over already? Okay, then. It seems this is it for tonight. I have so many I want to share."
"It's fine, Lord Suowa! You can share them back when you come back home. I'll always be waiting. Please be safe on your mission, may the spirits bless you!"
"May the spirit bless you as well."
Yuria exits the screen while Yui comes on and Abe waves her hand saying:
"Hahaga!"
"Hahaja..."
The light disappears and Abe pockets the gem as she crouch to the ground. Seeing how the night quickly pass us by, I decided to hatch a plan to probably make it all seem natural. Then remembering what it did to me multiple times already I start to consider,
(should I? I mean... Urgh! I'll see it when I make it! I mean, I did want to be honest...)
