Jin sat in his room, in a house which he had made which can be found in the suburbs. He was currently reading over some reports of what has been going on in Planet Sadala
Jin had made it mandatory that children from the ages of 5 to 16 all go to school, where they would be taught math, english and science. Surprisingly they managed to learn it very quickly, and thanks to the fact that Jin would often go in and teach a few classes, they would be very invested in their studies
Jin's decision on creating schools was a very good decision as children weren't on the streets anymore, but were in class learning. He had also built a lot of orphanage's and would pay the carers a very good wage, ensuring that the children would be properly looked after
Adults would also be taught on everything, and were given the options on farming, building or teaching others. The roles were quickly filled, and the economy had begun to thrive as Jin introduced a new currency so that everything can be started from a clean slate
The nobles at first were highly against all of these changes as they were expected to fill one of the three jobs, and actually demanded that Jin give them roles that befit them. Needless to say, the nobles that 'demanded' that of Jin were sent to the farms where they would be forced to take care of animals, and would live in huts
Some nobles were actually happy that they had the opportunity to help the community, and happily took the roles, and would on occasion ask questions about their roles which Jin happily answered
Jin had also set up a council to be in charge of everything that goes on in Sadala. The council was filled with 5 people. Jin, Renso who was representing the people from the lower districts such as farmers, Kyouraku the owner of the biggest merchant organisation, Rayleigh president of the builders association, and Yoru the head doctor of a hospital and Akame the headteacher at one of the schools
The reason why these people were chosen, is because Jin had seen that they were both excellent at their roles and were fit to be very good leaders with only good intentions. At one point there were some nobles who wanted in on the council, however when asked what they could actually contribute they were stumped
None of them had a proper education in any of the fields. They were only taught the basics at a young age, and were then given lessons on what family they were from and what was expected of them, nothing really useful for their lives now
The districts had a massive change in them. Although Jin could build everything himself, he didn't want to do that, as he would be doing their job for them, so instead he left it all to them, and they had done a job well done
Renso had decided that instead on training, he'd rather stay in the office, and help everyone out from there, by being a part of the council Jin had made
Caulifla had decided to continue with her training, as did Kale. They were both constantly in the gravity room, and almost never came out after the first week of experiencing it. This worried Jin as he didn't want them to always be thinking about training and fighting, so he took the training room away from them
When he took it away, they began to pout, before shouting at him, begging him to let them continue training. However after a few bonks to their heads, they shut up and listened to him explain how by constantly training, they are damaging their bodies, and wasting their potential, causing them to feel shock, and slightly glad that he stopped them
He then told them that they can continue training, but only in moderation, and would have to make sure that their lives don't revolve around training. After stressing this in a 3 hour lecture, he made them sit down at two separate desks, where he would teach them himself
At first Caulifla started to moan, and complained how she didn't want to learn about useless stuff like math. Jin explained the importance of it and how its used in everyday life..... he then provoked her ego saying how people would down on her, and how math could be used in fights so that she'd be learning it for a practical reason
Kale on the other hand felt a bit down after hearing that she'd have to study, but didn't complain as she felt that Jin had a good reason for making them learn
After their first lesson they were both astounded by how he taught them. Jin had mastered the skill of teaching, so he was able to explain things much better than they though he would. He also managed to make the lessons fun so they wouldn't feel bored, and in doing so they became his best students
They would study in the morning till the afternoon, and would train for a bit in the evenings. After they trained for a few days with this timetable, they felt as if they were getting stronger faster, as they felt more relaxed, and wouldn't train in stupid ways anymore, but actually did some research on the best ways to improve their bodies
Jin also taught them how to use ki, which they both managed to pick up quite easily. He also managed to teach them how to fly, and how to use ki sensing
Jin would also head over to Champa's planet and cook for them, while occasionally sparring with Vados. During the fight he had shocked both Champa and Vados, as they realised that he had completely mastered ki control, something that takes years and years of training to do. However at the age of 16, he had already mastered it
Peaking Vados's interest, she sent back to planet Sadala with Jin, and was astounded when she saw the massive changes. She had visited a few times before, and was angry with what Sadala had done in the past, however seeing it now..... you'd never believe what it used to be in the past. It was like it was a completely new planet with how everyone was acting..... and Jin was only here for a month
