After not being able to find where the enemy commander had gone, Chojusen rapidly returned to chase after her army. Unfortunately, they had received orders to retreat and had also disappeared magically.
Chojusen sighed and began to chart out the forest to find their base; he was sure it had to be somewhere nearby. However, after several hours of running around with no luck, he transformed using his Devil Fruit for the first time, just for the sake of taking to the skies and finding his half-hearted enemies faster.
As a Chaosfiend Dragon, Chojusen would instantly be classified to be a Mythical Zoan user, and one of the nifty tricks being a dragon brought him was the ability to fly. In the previous couple of planes flying wasn't seen as anything amazing, but in this world where the sea was your ultimate enemy if you had a Devil Fruit, flight was basically a cheat ability.
In his Humanoid Dragon form, Chojusen flew up into the air and scoped out the entire island. It was already night time, so the lights coming from the dwelling area of the female army was hard to miss. Chojusen used a skilled that hadn't seen the light of day in so long, his Origin Detection skill — through the use of his Daos —, and quickly found Ms. Boa Hancock.
Chojusen was in a rather jolly mood after thinking about the outrageously over-the-top attitude his enemy commander had, so he felt like pranking her by breaking though her house (or wherever she was at) in his Chaosfiend Dragon form; he wanted to see her reaction when she became either scared or flustered.
Thus, after finding her location within a palace-like building, he stopped using his wings for flight and dived a couple thousand meters with gravity as his best friend. Like a bomb going off, Chojusen's dynamic entrance scared the ever-living shit out of everyone in the surrounding area.
Chojusen landed feet first and sustained no damage as his Chaos scales were for the most part indestructible. Without even waiting for the dust to clear, Chojusen pointed his index finger at Hancock's aura signature and mimicked her pose to look down on her so much that he was looking straight at the sky. He said "Seriously, I need that map."
"…" Chojusen couldn't hear her speak, but he could hear the sound of running water… Then he noticed that his legs and feet were wet. Oh shit… this was a bathroom… Now put in an awkward position, Chojusen didn't know how to react, so he just apologized for intruding at the wrong time and went to leave, but the enemy commander had other plans on her mind.
She saw this as a chance and told Chojusen to stay and turn around. When he did, he expected her to be covered up with a towel or something, but nope. It was all there, bare-bones and present with the moonlight's incandescence. Chojusen at this point was more or less immune to female seduction — he better have been, if not the thousands of rounds with his wives of the lower planes would have been for naught! — but he had to admit, this Hancock sure was a heaven-blessed beauty.
In that moment of him appreciating her figure another beam unsuspectingly hit him, but once again nothing happened. Chojusen ignoring these beams said "So, can I have a map please~"
"Fine..." She then noticed that he was still looking at her intimate areas and flusteredly said "Go away and let me change first!"
"Che! You're no fun, I've already seen all there is to be seen~" even though Chojusen teased her, he didn't disrespect her wishes and left the now tarnished palatial style bathhouse.
When he went outside to wait for her to give him his map, the rest of the female tribe/army was gathered outside. They, unlike Hancock, were utterly intimidated by his Chaosfiend Dragon from, so he had to revert back to normal to not kill them of shock.
Eventually, he received his map and was ready to leave this female only island, but before doing so, Hancock pulled him to the side and asked him what his name was. He responded and took to the skies in his Chaosfiend Dragon form once again and began another round of mindless exploration.
...
Chojusen visited many islands and did what he loved to do the most, fight, train, eat, and explore. After reading through the map, Chojusen understood that this world was made up of four seas, and a grandline. He was already on the grandline which was the most interesting and thrilling of the seas; at least according to the map.
So, he went around in search of worthy opponents to train his Dao of Will. And what better way to accomplish this was there aside from joining the Marines? Of course, Chojusen could become a pirate and create his own crew or join an already established crew, but he had seen a lot of pirates and he generalized most of them as evil annoyances not worthy of his time.
Becoming a marine would make the hobby that he had taken upon himself profitable; Chojusen had grown disgusted with some of the pirates of this world, so he started to hunt them down for fun.
Of course, Chojusen couldn't just start in the marines like a newbie and work his way up like a chump, so he did the most ridiculous thing he could think of; to storm the Marine HQ and challenge the highest ranking members for a high position. Naturally, this borderline insane action caused him to become an enemy of the marines almost instantly, as no one took him seriously.
He had "fallen" from the sky and landed in the Marine HQ demanding a fight, so the marines gave him one. They sent an endless swarm of grunts after him, to which he destroyed in his base form and with only his subconscious activation of Observation Haki; he used this Haki to dodge all the bullets and cannons fire at him and knocked out the grunts with his staff. He was trying to become a marine so he wouldn't kill anyone; only knock them out with his staff.
After the grunts were another wave of captains with either some forms of Haki or Devil Fruit powers. A couple more swipes of his staff and they too were annihilated, and at this point Chojusen was getting annoyed; where are all the strong people?
As if a god was hearing his question, A trio of Vice Admirals appeared to put Chojusen down. These two men and one woman were all regular humans with no Devil Fruit powers, but their Dao of Will, was profound enough to make Chojusen respect them. Chojusen actually needed a combination of both his Armament and Observation Haki to gradually get rid of two of the Vice Admirals, but the last man standing, the legendary Vice Admiral Garp, would not be beaten without a surprise burst of Conqueror's Haki.
That last Vice Admiral was quite valiant in his fight, both his skill in Haki and the Martial Dao were rather profound. Chojusen actually moved the three unconscious bodies of the Vice Admirals to show his respect for their powers; he didn't just fling them out of the battlefield like he had for the worthless fodder from before.
By the time the Vice Admirals had come to deal with Chojusen, the Marines were all excited at the prospect of this new recruit; they had long since decided to let him join them because of his overwhelming strength. But now that even Vice Admirals were not enough to contain him, the Marines actually sent an Admiral to test Chojusen's limits.
With a burst of light, an Admiral Kizaru, appeared in the makeshift war front Chojusen had created at the Marine's HQ. The Admiral and Chojusen had no need for words, with their gestures alone, they both knew to start the next fight; and what a grand fight it was.
Chojusen with a staff on hand and his limbs coated in Armament Haki, fought with the Admiral head on. But he started to lose after the first set of probing attacks. The Admiral had consumed the Light-Light Fruit and as a consequence could turn into light and have the powers of light itself. In this energy-less world, having lightspeed attacks and movement made the Kizaru borderline invincible, however, Observation Haki alleviate this problem somewhat.
Yet, even with Observation Haki, the Admiral's strength didn't just boil down to his devil fruit. No, he didn't get overconfident and trained himself in other aspects for much longer than Chojusen had been in this world, thus he started landing critical blows on Chojusen; none of which were lethal, only suppressive.
In this losing fight, Chojusen actually smiled, glad to finally have a need to use his Devil Fruit for battle. He separated from Admiral Kizaru and transformed into his Chaosfiend Dragon form before anyone could do anything to stop him. In his Humanoid Dragon form, Chojusen felt the wounds that he had sustained from the fight up to now, start dissipating. His body became strong with the auxiliary support of grandmist and the overall atmosphere he gave changed.
Chojusen charged head first back into the fight and realized that even in his transformed state he could only rival the light user, Kizaru, not best him. After ten or so minutes in that earth-shattering battle, the Fleet Admiral of the Marines appeared and separated the dragonified Chojusen from the Admiral of Light.
